Everyone in the facility was very friendly. The physician was helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the wait time was pretty long. I had an appointment but didn’t see the physician until about 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. It’s pretty understandable for end of day appointments so I was too bothered by it though.

Came here after another doctors office was not helpful and my condition got worse. I scheduled an appt for 4, didn’t get seen until 4: 50, however they were so quick once I was in and were very helpful!

Spent less than 5 minutes with an actual professional & spent the other 2 hours sitting alone & they still charged me even though they just told me to go somewhere else. I was not valued. Just more money for them.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews often, but don’t even waste your time with this place. Just go to a doctor or hospital. No one was even at the front desk when I walked in. I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment time just to be seen (when you’re sick waiting in an uncomfortable waiting room chair, an hour feels like 5 hours), then they ended up just telling me to go to the ER instead. I just felt unvalued. I paid $35 just to sit here for 2 hours & get told to go somewhere else. That isn’t right.

Staff was kind and helpful. Brought my son in to check his croup infection and was given additional information about how to care for it as well as some helpful prescriptions. Fast service as well.

Very long wait (even with the call ahead service - what is the meaning of the call ahead service if you have to wait in line anyway?). The office is very dirty. The provider was ok but didn't spend more than 5 minutes with the patient (my kid).

Went on Tuesday and it is now Saturday and I am still waiting to receive my prescription. Initial visit was okay, but trying to call afterwards to get the details of my prescription sorted was such a hassle. No one ever picks up the phone, the call gets sent straight to the customer service line. The customer service reps were nice, but all they could do was try to call this location, and of course no one picked up, so they’d then send a message to the location and tell me someone will be calling back. They didn’t. I had to call repeatedly, going through the same process over and over and no one seemed to really care about me or my health. When I finally got through to them on Friday, I spoke with Suzanne and she was so unnecessarily rude I was astounded. She had the worst attitude, kept interrupting me, and needlessly kept trying to pick fights with me. I didn't have the energy to argue with her, I literally just want my medication so I can feel better. The whole point of going to an urgent care was to receive care and treatment as soon as possible. Everyone I spoke to seemed annoyed that I was even calling, as if I was calling just to hassle them for the fun of it, and not because this is my health and I am in pain and just trying to receive treatment. I understand they are extremely busy, especially with being right next to the university, but treating patients so poorly is not okay. People don’t go to urgent cares to ruin your day, they go because they’re trying to seek care for conditions that are demanding immediate attention.

I do not recommend Robert Strong, PA at this location. I went in with a chest cold that was turning into trouble breathing. Strong spent less than one minute with me, asked me few questions, and then diagnosed me with a sinus infection. He prescribed me antibiotics and codien cough syrup. I have had this troubled breathing following a chest cold before (I told him this) and asked for an inhaler. Not only did I have to request the inhaler again at the pharmacy because he failed to prescribe it, it was the wrong kind. Furthermore, because my symptoms continued to worsen, I had to go to urgent care again (a different one this time). Luckily this doctor spent time listening to my labored breathing, talked to me about my symptoms, and discussed treatment plans. I was diagnosed with bronchitis and received the correct treatment plan, making my asthmatic episodes much less dramatic. Unfortunately, I had to pay out of pocket for this experience at NextCare and I only hope I can get my money back for Strong's failure. Luckily I am science nerd as well as a trained First Responder, and had a gut feeling that this diagnosis was wrong. Had I taken the antibiotics, this would have undoubtedly been destructive to my health, putting me at risk for antibiotic resistant bacteria.

The only thing urgent about this place is the 30 seconds you actually spend seeing the practitioner. The rest of the 90 minutes you spend waiting around after your scheduled online appointment doesn’t feel urgent at all.

Very professional. Could be a little cleaner in the waiting room. I really liked the nurse. I was seen by PA Nia Jarrett. She was very kind, knowledgeable, explained everything. She was great!

Dropped in unannounced, waited maybe 30 minutes. Staff and Dr. Barton were professional and provided the brightspot in an otherwise tough sick day. While I don't necessarily want to go back, if in a similar situation, I won't hesitate to return. Cheers.

Quite awful - scheduled an appointment for 12: 30PM. Didn’t see a doc until 2PM. Front lady extremely rude - won’t mute the tv volume upon request since it aggravates my headache. Apparently people are waiting at nextcare to watch TV - not heal.

Told me at least an hour plus wait and checked in at 3: 18pm and was out of there at 4: 05 pm. Friendly staff from receptionist, intake nurse and Doctor were all very pleasant. Would definitely recommend

This time I got a doctor who knew what was going on. The last time the doctor prescribed the wrong medication and the wrong diagnosis. This one knew what she was doing.

I went in for a rash/infection on my face. The dr came in, told me it was acne and left. Total length of visit was under 1 minute. I left the visit crying from the disrespect. I have since seen a doctor that said i had an allergic reaction and gave me recommendations on how to reduce the breakout.

I will never go back to this location. I called in the morning and made an appointment for 3pm for my daughter. We checked in and I will say that the front desk lady was very nice. The wait room was dirty, scattered food on chairs and the floor. We waited 1 hr and 10 mins before I asked how much longer. We were taken back and seen by a medical assistant and vitals were taken. We waited another 45 minutes before the PA - Nia Jarrett came to see my daughter. She briefly mentioned reading her chart and said the strep test was negative. I was never informed of a strep test being taken (and I wasn't asked if her throat was even bothering her, it wasn't). She stayed in the room with us for all of 5 minutes and told us yes the flu, and she'll send a script for Tamiflu and hurried out without any interest in our thoughts or if we had any questions. I told her that we waited almost 2 hours, despite having an appointment. She said they weren't really appointments - huh? Then proceeded to tell me how overbooked she is and apparently thought if she smiled while talking condescendingly to me that I would not notice. I asked later why no flu test and she said too many false negatives. I asked what was the %, no answer. I was told to wait for our discharge papers - including the excused absence for my daughter. I had seen a lady wait over 30 minutes for her discharge papers, so we left and were told it would be emailed. That didn't happen, so we had to drive back and pick them up before they closed. Just terrible. I have been to other urgent cares and this was by far the worst one I have been to.

I will only go to this urgent care, I have been twice for my special needs child and they always get us right in and know how to make our girl feel better. Not all urgent cares know how to deal with special needs kiddos, but this 1 goes outta their way everytimeFront desk receptionist gives 100% awesome is a understatement Thank you!
