Dr. Jarrett & her nurse were so very kind! Warm, comforting energy is so powerful when you are in a uneasy state of mind & dealing with medical issues. Truly thankful for the energy they shared!

PRIVACY: When it comes to the "Privacy" and confidentiality, Ms. Kathy at this location had demonstrated this to the TEE! Her knowledge and professionalism when talking with her over the phone speaks volumes and ensured not to release any information that can compromise this subject.

Additionally, I endorse "NextCare-UrgentCare" for my preferred urgent care needs. My experience to date has made me continue to have 100% peace of mind from the staff and medical on-site team to the telephone patient representative.

Made an appointment online for a physical exam. When I arrived I wasn't asked the purpose of my visit. I was given an intake form where I also stated the purpose of the visit, despite giving my info online.

Waited an hour before seeing someone but was sent back to the front because apparently I didn't say I was here for a physical. When I told Suzanne at the front desk that I wasn't asked, she proceeded to gaslight me when she could've just admit fault, apologize and leave it at that. Instead the staff here seems to delight themselves by badmouthing patients that's loud enough to hear outside treatment rooms. Please reconsider jobs that deal with the public if you're unable to handle negative emotions in a healthy way.

While I empathize with the fact there can be bad days here, it worries me that such incompetence and unprofessionalism exists at a place of care. It also scares me that individuals like Suzanne overlook patient information. Glad I didn't come here for a ruptured appendix or something similar!

Edited to 1 star. The physical itself wasn't more than 10min and felt awkward thanks to the badmouthing. Total wait time: 2 hrs.

The wait wasn’t very long because I checked in online. The provider was able to interact with my daughter in a way that kept her calm.

Very quick to get in and get an appointment. Very easy appointment as I already knew what was wrong. Really appreciate their kindness

My family and I have been going to the Scottsdale Rd in Tempe, Arizona for many years and the Doctors, nurses and front desk staff are always welcoming and professional! I will drive out of my way to be seen at this Nextcare location!

Amazing service. They set up a ride for me to get the adequate care I need for a serious issue. & they even called back to follow up & see how it went! They made me feel heard & human.something the ER couldn’t even do.
Even if they didn’t have the needs to care or the answers, they helped direct me the right way to get the help I need. Thank you ladies at NextCare!
