NextCare Urgent Care, Apache Junction AZ

Got in quickly; the staff was absolutely attentive. They listened to me; which is hard to find in this day and age. They took everything I said into account to make their diagnosis.

The website says only one person in line while the lady at the front desk said it will be a one to two hour wait.

I went to Curry Nextcare Urgent Care in Tempe on Friday 3/2021 for shortness of breath and coughing, the Dr. Was very short with me and talked over me, she said I had Severe Bronchitis, gave me a 3 day dose of antibiotics and sent me on my way, said to follow-up with my primary. I stayed home all weekend and coughed and felt lousy with no improvements. I decided to go to a different location Monday, because I was not getting any better, I also don't have insurance and they have an awesome payment plan. I went to the Nextcare Urgent Care in Apache Junction and from the time I signed in, it was a totally different experience. I received a voicemail while waiting in the lobby from the Curry location that another Dr.had looked at my chest X-ray and said it was borderline Pneumonia, the X-ray was from Friday! I felt like I was misdiagnosed. When they called me back to see the doctor everyone was so friendly, the Dr.answered all my questions and took her time with me, I told her about the voicemail that I had recieved and she said if I don't get it under control I would be going to the hospital. She gave me 2 shots, a Nebulizer and 4 scripts for my condition, the PA that came in to give me the shot was amazing as well, so friendly. The entire staff was so friendly and easy to work with! I would strongly recommend this location, best care I've recieved in years! Thank you Apache Junction Nextcare for understanding my need's and hopefully getting me back on my feet again! I will definitely be going back for any issue's in the future.

The wait time was an hour & half for Covid test. Wait time is typical this time a year so to be expected I gueds. Need to be told the wait time before a person fills out the paperwork.

Receptionist did not wear a mask half the time. The pens were dirty and no clean pens available.

The whole process from signing in to walking out was very prompt, thorough, convient and friendly. Thank you for the service.

I strained my Achilles tendon. Nextcare tended to me 20 minutes after checking in. They xrayed my ankle to ensure that I hadn't dislocated anything and I was out an hour later. Great experience.

It would have been nice if the doctor could have taken a little more time with me to explain my diagnosis as I was feeling very bad and had a hard time concentrating

I signed up online was supposed to be there 12: 45 got there at 12: 35 waited almost an hour to be seen and there is only one other person in there other than that the place is clean and it's really good there. The ladies are friendly very knowledgeable at least for what I went in there for the

Love this location and love love love the provider Candice Darling. She is fantastic and respectful. The staff are always so friendly and make it as comfortable as you can be in an uncomfortable urgent need.

Waited about 45 min had 3 people in front of me first time patient very professional and made me feel comfortable

I made an appointment the night before. I came in and they were quick at entering my information, didn't make me duplicate any informations on different forms, and I was seen on time. The Nurse and FNP that treated me were both very kind, and knowledgeable. As was the front desk gal. The FNP saw me right away, I didn't wait forever in the room. I would definitely recommend them!

The staff was amazing and I was seen promptly. All my questions were answered and got all my concerns addressed. Definitely will go back if I need to.

This was my first visit to this location and every was very nice and able to get me in right away. They were able to make me feel much better as I went to the Dana park urgent care prior that week and they were unwilling to help me after I had gotten worse. So thank you!

I have always had a very good experience at the apache junction next care. I really liked my dr and had great treatment which helped me!

Next care on ironwood and southern is great! Kind staff, very fast and efficient I would recommend for fast in and out service!
