25Last night I woke up with a horrible ear ache. Surfing the web trying to see when the closest urgent care was going to open I found Next Care. Highly recommend setting an appointment, I was in and out within 30 minutes! Staff was friendly and the NP was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. Highly recommend
Very quick and easy. They listened and took action promptly. Helena was very helpful and compassionate. Best urgent care visit in my 35 years. Thank you guys!
Worst service ever. At the front, the girl was completely careless of what's going on. Not even any eye contact when she talked with me. She was quite busy with something else apparently, and even asked me to repeat what I was saying.
When i finally made into a room, they actually forgot I was sitting in there until I opened the door and asked.
Great staff! Everyone was friendly. Wait time was less than 10 minutes, mostly in part by filling out the paperwork! I feel my issue was addressed, I was given an honest diagnosis, script sent in, and was ready by the time I got home, so I could start treatment! I will definitely make this my go to clinicfrom now on!
I love this place the doctors are great they really take the time to find out your ailment. The receptionist are great also. They are friendly and they make you feel at home. I would recommend this urgent care to everyone.
