Had a group 0f 6, everyone raved about their meals. I had the pork chop and it was excellent. Great ambience sitting on the patio. Definitely a place we will be returning to

Atmosphere was cool. Like the outdoor vibe.
Service was slow.
Chips and salsa were store bought bag quality.
Food was ehhh.
Drinks were OK but not for the price. Would not recommend.

Good was just ok. Not what I was hoping for. My family didn't like their masks either. Good service tho.

The food and margaritas came as recommendations by the servers and were excellent choices. Mike stood out to us with his charismatic and friendly presence. He was attentive to our every need and even anticipated many before we had to ask. He was sharp and energetic.

Great experience! Our group enjoyed the customized taco package. The food was impressive. The service was first class. The event coordinator was all over our high maintenance party. I loved the treasure margaritas!

It's called tortilla factory but I've never had worse tortillas and the chips come from a bag. Those facts alone take away any credit. Also my fish tacos we're overcooked and the queso was flavorless but that's normal for mediocre Mexican restaurants. Excited to do more exploring in the area but won't be back here. Service was fantastic!

Service was great, and for group of 17 we were given a nice space for us to enjoy ourselves without disturbing all the other guests. But quality of food was average at best (guac was so so, nachos had pretty poor cheese sauce) and drinks were not great (margarita was way too sweet).

We sat outside on a hot August evening. Water misters were running so it was comfortable. We were soon given two large glasses of iced water and a huge bowl of chips and dips while we decided on our order. Margaritas followed which came with the excess in a mixer and one each was plenty for us! We ordered enchiladas which were perfect, not too spicy with great beans and rice. Highly recommended.

The food and margaritas were pretty great and the outside seating has a very nice ambiance but it was hot and it would've been nice to have the misters on and maybe add some fans. The inside seating could use an update.

Food is amazing & the server we had was pretty on top of it. The atmosphere here is excellent too. & drinks are yummy!

Is an ok place. Food wasn't bad. The waitress was a little rude but I have noticed people in Scottsdale is not used to seeing wealthy South Americans so they aren't very nice a the beginning (very pretentious). Once you speak and they realize you are educated they are nicer.

It's a very beautiful place with a super nice ambiance. If it's not too hot you can sit outside which is like a small garden with a lot of string lights. Would be perfect for a date night. The food was good, too. I just tried one of their appetizers and it was delicious. So I'm assuming that the rest of the menu is as good!

Took 40 of us in. Dinner and drinks were very good. Great casual atmosphere. Thought I was at a place in Mexico.

Great outdoor seating area. Little ants crawled all over us the whole time. Found them in our hair and clothes afterwards at home.
Good tasting mahi-mahi tacos and margaritas.
Limited menu.
No complimentary chips and sala.

Very good food! Outdoor seating a nice enjoyed the misters everywhere. We had the Mahi Mahi tacos and the Seabass, definitely reccomend both.

Despite Tortilla Factory having one of the nicest patios in Old Town Scottsdale, the food is mediocre at best. Mind you, I’ve only eaten there once even though I live a block away so your mileage might vary. I was pretty sure I was served canned beans in a burrito but I can’t swear to that. I didn’t have a margarita, which might be what draws in the endless crowds.

It was ok. We ordered a meal that we thought was kind of a build your own tacos. I expected there to be all of a taco components & we got 5 tiny steak medallions and an entire plate of peppers and onion and no tortillas, we had to ask for tortillas. The prices were HIGH for the food that was served.
