Save yourself the trouble, and look at the reviews before you even think about moving into these apartments. Worst apartment I have ever stayed at! I would've saved myself the trouble of ever experiencing these terrible apartments had I looked at the reviews before hand. My brother had lived here a couple years back, and I was going off of his experience, his wasnt bad, but I assume you guys have gone down hill since. If you ever get apartment 2013 or offered it. DO NOT TAKE IT. They gave us a broken apartment. NOT EVEN A MONTH OF LIVING HERE AND WE HAD TO HAVE MANITNCE AT ARE PLACE 3 plus times. The kitchen sink got backed up so we had to wait for it to be fixed, and they act like it isnt a big issue to do daily life things, and just put it off until they find time, which isnt a short wait time to come fix it. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PUT OFF GENERAL LIVING, I AM PAYING TO LIVE HERE NOT TO BE RESTRICTED OF SIMPLE LIVING TASKS. Dont get me started on how poorly built these apartmest are, it literally feels like you can fall through into the next apartment below you. That it takes getting use to that you dont even want to walk inside your own apartment from that fear. And since the sink got so overflow it ended up leaking for 3 days all over our kitchen so bad that it got into the under flooring from the back of the under sink thus making the floor more thin feeling and caved in. I can't even imagine how much mold is built up between the sub floor, SOUNDS SO SAFE HUH? NOT. How you guys think this is even safe is beyond me. SAW ABOUT 3 ROACHES in the first month of being here. Disgusting as hell. At my old apartment we never had these problems nor even saw a roach with the 12 month lease we had back in our old mesa, AZ apartment. Like I said they gave us a broken apartment to begin with because I'm pretty sure they seek out to keep our deposits in the first place. I LITERALLY HAVE THE MOST SIMPLEST THINGS FALLING APART ON US BECAUSE THEY POORLY BUILT, AND GIVE YOU A POORLY PUT TOGETHER APARTMENT TO MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT. The door handle on our porch door literally came off with little force of just trying to open the door like a normal person. Aswell as the doors are even hard to close whenever the weather gets rainy, and cold, like the wood they used to build the frame is very poor. Multiple outlets are broken, and the first time I used our bathroom shower to take one the paint came right off on the flooring of the tub as if they rushed painted it, and were not ready to give us this apartment. They did not even let us know the tub paint was fresh so I am not paying for that mistake you guys did, and I had let them know to put that on our records because I dont know who you think you're messing with, or trying to con. Apartment 2013 shouldn't even be offered to no human being because of how terrible it is, needs major, MAJOR fixing before you ever let another soul reside in here. Another thing you'll experience is HIGH charges for late rent if that ever occurs, this has to be the highest late fee prices I've seen compared to my old apartment. Why on God's green earth should it be almost a 100 dollars a day for late rent is beyond me. As well they will try and charge you for mistakes they make LIKE MISPLACING DOCUMENTS THEY NEEDED TO EVEN ACCEPT US IN THE FIRST PLACE. So why did you even accept our lease is we supposedly didnt have it on file? BUT we have proof we sent it in way before our move in date. It's not my job to keep track of emails with important things you guys needed, and so you wanna try and charge me ridiculous fees, not happening, nor are you getting it because I do not have the time to back track because of your mistake and whom ever received it in the first place and misplaced it is their fault so why dont they go ahead and pay those fees for me:). AGAIN worst apartments ever, I cant wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of here. SAVE YOURSELF YOUR TIME, AND MONEY and please look at the reviews and take into consideration that there is a reason they are a 2.5 star apartment complex.

My family and I decided to make the move to Glendale to be close to family, and the autism educational programs focused on yearly childhood development. We were struggling to find an apartment on the ground floor. I drove by Olive Tree apartments, and as I walked in to the office I assumed there would be no availability. THEY HAD ONE READY TO GO! Renovated and available now! Our leasing agent worked hard to get us approved and moved in before Christmas. Ashley got it done! Sure enough we moved in to our new home the day before Christmas! It was the best Christmas gift I have received, maybe ever! Our move in was flawless! The office staff is friendly and show excellent communication skills for themselves and for us. The communication carries through to the excellent maintenance team. Our toilet went down and the maintenance staff was at our door, immediately the same day. The maintenance man was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He had a new toilet installed by the next day. The maintenance staff shows as a well oiled machine through out the property, always moving with a display of professionalism and a project at hand. The laundry mats on site are awesome, clean, and technology driven. I have an app on my phone that I use to pay for the laundry cycles, and I can see from my phone when the cycles are complete! How cool is that! Overall I am completely satisfied with our new home and feel blessed to live here! I had worked in property management as a leasing manager/trainer for most of my adulthood, since before I had my twins. My experience with apartment life behind the scenes and as a resident, is extensive. A communication driven property management team, is a difficult job to strive for. I believe that they are doing a wonderful job keeping their property clean, updated, and resident friendly. Cheers to the entire Olive Tree staff, and thank you for making this a great experience for my family and I!

The roach infestation is.really something else. I have them coming from the outlets, ceiling, dishwasher, everywhere really. We use bait boxes, 2 different sprays, sticky traps and it was even professionally treated and the roaches are just as bad as they were before they were treated. Just don't. It's absolutely disgusting.

They fine for everything. They waited til the end of my lease to tell me they need a signature in a place tht i had to draw the line on to sign. Sadly had to renew because of covid, Now there trying to fine me again because they have their dates messed up, but its ok I’m using my lawyer this time around.

Went there to rent an apartment for 37 year old stepdaughter. Maria was fabulous - worked with me to get everything done, especially in a very short amount of time. She was always pleasant, always had everything ready, knew how to fix my dumb mistakes. Most of all, she "got" the situation and worked with me to make it work. Thanks, Maria!

Literally the WORST place. Bugs everywhere, homeless people every where, people literally throw their trash outside I've seen used tampons in the grass next to broken bottles. Neighbors are awful blaring music til 4 am. Office will try to scam you out of every dollar. They seem like a deal trust me but LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I just rented an apartment here. It took about a week to get everything organized and settled after running into a few snags with my application. Thankfully, one of their leasing consultants Maria A.was extremely helpful and willing to work with me diligently. She was patient, professional, and friendly. Despite a bad first impression of the apartment manager, I'm looking forward to my stay here and remaining optimistic!

Good place to live in. I stayed there for more than a year and I liked it. Its the only place where international students can find accommodations easily. Its hassle free unlike other apartments where we need to provide hell lots of documents if one doesn’t have SSN. Management is quite helpful. Thank you Olive tree for helping us.

Worst management EVER! The first day I got there I saw dead bugs in my pantry, they looked like bed bugs. Everything from the closet doors to the window panels break apart! I cant stand how cheaply made it is! But of course they’ll be taking it out of my deposit! The kitchen sink was clogged because they had a pipe issue, causing all my dishes in the dishwasher to be filled with a gunky water. Yuck! Olive tree sucks!

Just Moved out from West Virginia and my first time coming out to Arizona by myself, i was overwhelmed because it is also my first apartment. I came to Olive Tree Apartments and was very pleased with the Office Staffs Customer Service, they made the application process very fast and easy and are very informative! I couldn't be more relieved and pleased! The Apartment itself is great and i am actually very impressed. I couldn't be happier and i look forward to renewing with Olive Tree!

I had back surgery and the staff was very accommodating and they didn't have to do that. The management acts in a very timely manner. I have lived here almost two years and truly appreciate the community.

These apartments are the WORST apartments ever! I would be better off living in the streets than living in these apartments. My husband and I try to end our lease to move and just so happens, the employees here begin to tell us about fees AFTER the fact that WE HAD ALREADY MOVED OUT A MONTH PRIOR. They use the excuse that its on our lease and our contract wasn't over etc. HORRIBLE place. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
*if i could rate this with no stars I would.

Great place to live! Trust me I use to work here. Office staff is amazing and so is the maintenance. Every property has its ups & downs but this is by far a nice place to call home.

For anyone looking to live alone: be mindful this place doesn't have cameras or security. The area itself is pretty sketchy. My first day here, while I was moving, my purse and my mothers purse got taken straight from our apartment. The walls are thin and occasionally you hear a fight or two. But that's apartment living right? The office was nice and willing enough to work with me, because i'm a single 20 year old female living on her own for the first time, and I was scared. But I've already invested a lot of money moving in here, and I don't have anywhere else to go. Besides the apartment itself is cute and aside from the incident I had move in day, nobody has messed with me since. Since I've been here the people in the leasing office have been helpful and check up on me to make sure i'm okay and it makes me feel a lot better. The apartments are aesthetically pleasing and surprisingly pretty quiet. Honestly if it wasn't for that incident when I first moved in, id give a higher rating.

I've lived here for a few months, and i couldn't be happier! The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is outstanding! I had a clog in my bathtub and "Luis" the maintenance tech unclogged my tub, fixed my toilet seat, and my front door lock without even being asked to. He cleaned up everything and made sure it was working. Keep up the good work Olive tree.very happy, thank you.

Management is very hard to work with and aren't very welcoming. Agents in front office have tried many times to come into apartments without permission. All access gates around community are always closed.
