First they said 40 minutes then turnedme away after 2 college chicks showed up. I have never been there wont go back

Came in for a pedicure + nail color. Was serviced right away because there was only 2 or 3 others in the salon. They asked me to pick my color and I did. Tech who provided the pedicure did a good job, but then he was about to put sandals on without color. I stated, I wanted a color and gave them my color again. He walked away and I was left to sit for anther 45 minutes because more guests kept coming in and they serviced them. Man came over and again told me to choose a color. I said I've told 3 different people already, do you just not have the color? He finally said yes, we don't know where it is. I said, I will just leave. I said everyone had 45 minutes to just tell me, rather than ignore me and have me sit there at the pedicure seat. I was there a total of 1hr, 15mins. I should've just walked out but figured I needed to pay something, thinking they'll discount a little for the huge inconvenience and lack of customer service. Man, said it would be $20 which is more than just a plain manicure. I was so upset because he expressed no remorse for everyone's actions, including his. I paid, left and will not return. Luckily I found a nearby salon that took great care of me right away and is cheaper than this place!

I finally found my favorite salon. Cindy did my nails and was absolutely incredible. Accommodating and very precise. Ken (I believe is his name) and the other woman (didn't catch her name) gave my sister and I nice and relaxing pedicures. Also had an eyebrow wax, very precise and did not itch at all. Worth all 5 stars. Thank you all so much. Will definitely be returning.

The guy at the nails place cut my skin with the electric filer and my moms nail after 5 days fell off. They do not know how to do nails correctly and in my opinion you should not go there.

Cindy is amazing! She is the artist for designs on your nails girls!:) everyone here is so nice and makes you feel at home, they will take any requests for what to put on the tv as well, they have a great team! Very professional

I've been to Pacific Nails 2x now - once for a gel manicure and once for a pedicure. I'm no nail connoisseur, but I think Ken and Lily did a fantastic job. I've seen gel manicures that don't look great (i.e. Too thick, gel on the cuticle, etc) so I was a little worried but my nails look awesome! Also, first time getting a pedicure in my life. I get it now, y'all (trust, I will be going back!)

I got my nails done YESTERDAY. First off, ladies inside were rude and wanted to charge me extra to cut my nails down. Second off, I got Acrylics with gel on top and my thumb has already chipped. I've never had gel chip before, don't go here. If I could give 0 star I would. Awful place.

Great experience and great value for the cost. Walked right in for a pedi with a gal friend and it was fabulous!

Both of the young ladies who did my full set and pedi did a great job! My full set is practically perfect she went quickly but took so much effort in making everything look great! Will be going back!

I love this place! It's near the University. The service is great and it's clean. They are very professional and my nails came out perfect.

Grate job and team. Don't usually need to call for an appointment as they have a lot of qualified employees.

Ken did my pedicure, and his daughter, Cindy, did my nails. They did such a wonderful job. Very nice, clean nail salon. The atmosphere was very relaxing as well. The prices were very much reasonable. I will be coming back! Thank you Pacific Nails!

I'm so glad I found this place, the whole staff were so friendly & accommodating. They did a wonderful job with my pedicure and fills. As a traveler it is so hard to find good places but luck was on my side today any time I come through Tucson I will be going here to get my feet & nails done. If your looking for a reasonably priced place with great service please go here you won't be sorry.
