Panera Bread, Phoenix AZ

Panera seems to be cutting quality and quantity in their menu options.
My half sandwich was embarrassingly small and the tomato soup was too sweet (?). Very disappointing slide downwards from what used to be a good lunch choice.

I didn't catch the managers name but she was very welcoming and had a beautiful smile! The grilled cheese and tomato soup was perfect! I'll definitely be back!

Cafe food and the setting here is above par. I give this place two thumbs up. There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. The place has a great atmosphere.

They messed up my order. I ordered a bowl of broccoli and cheddar cheese soup and received something else.

Panera has a good selection of food. The service is generally good and the restaurant is usually clean. I tend to go at off times so sometimes the selection is limited.

My salad was super, the service quick. Few parkings in front but I think they have on the back.

Hated the service. Paid alot off money for something i can whip up at home and on top of that i got the wrong folks twice. They got it right the third try.

Poor food quality it was not up to usual standard at all! Would not recommend and want to return based on today.

I enjoy having breakfast here, it's all. All great. Not a regular, I just enjoy being here. Peace and love everybody!

I have been to several Panera Bread locations and this one might be the worst. They rarely get customized orders correct. Last time I got a sandwich here it looked like a drunk 3 year old made it.

Not good at all.staff filled their friend's orders first. My order was wrong and a lady had to wait for 20 minutes for a coffee. I think it is the staff.it may be a while before I go back that Panera.

All I ordered was a sandwich. Took 30 minutes to even make my food and give it to me. Worst than McDonald's.

The food is fine, the service, not so great. I have food allergies and the person helping me shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. I can tell you what's in the salad, but we don't know what's in the dressings. Gee thanks, let me stand here and look everything up online. No wonder computers are taking people's jobs, this guy was useless. Just use the tablet to order instead of wasting your breath talking-to people.

Panera is a great company. Everything was so chill. I love my city and I love Panera. Also the security guard for the strip, Jessi, was helpful when a drunk and disorderly outside tried to harass me. Thank you Panera and thank you Jessie.

Slow service at this location. - This location CONSISTENTLY will get your order wrong. I've also ordered a latte and they made two meals for people who had ordered after me before they started working on my drink. Not good service, especially for the price. Wrong orders: 5/? 6/26

Expensive. But the drinks here are one of a kind. If I was going to go back, u would go back for drinks, not bread

Half an hour for a cappuccino which they didn’t even announce on their screen. Get your kitchen together, fellas.

11: 30 am on 8/8/18– The female manager standing at the counter yelling out pick-up orders made a mistake amongst her crew and said, “oh wait no, I’M RETARDED, it’s the other way around. ” Not cool. Who speaks like this? Especially in a leadership position? The restaurant was pretty packed for lunch, and she was quite loud, so I know multiple patrons had to have heard it. So disappointing.

Friendly people and healthy choices. What more can you ask for if you want to go out for lunch?

We ordered a big order for a cath lab and the 1/2 salads are not enough to fill you up, like 4 bites of food. The whole salad is too expensive for little bit of food. And to top it off all the orders were wrong and the Cobb salad is not a Cobb Salad they should call it a Chicken Pesto Salad since the dressing they put on it is Pesto sauce and they call it vinaigrette dressing. Yeah right very disappointed.
