Panera Bread, Phoenix AZ

I'm only give it 4 stars because parking is very tight and very few stalls. The food was very good.

I work in the area and this is the only panera nearby. Worst panera I have ever been in. Wait ti.es are always around 10 minutes even when it's not busy. Also there are random homeless people that are not customers strolling in to use the bathroom. When I received my food it was also cold

I placed an online order 30 minutes before arriving to this location, half a sandwich and a small order of pasta. I arrived on time expecting my order to be ready shortly instead my food was 20 minutes late resulting in me having to skip my lunch break as well as return to work late.

This is the first time i review a company thats how bad my experience was. I had 2 bad experience at this location. First time i waiting 45 min for a grilled cheese and today they messed up my order completely they gave me two soups instead of the sandwich and soup i ordered and they gave me a bowl of soup half full. I had to call 10 times. 17 min before someone answered I will never go back to this location.it is poorly managed!

This place (brand) has become sub par since taking over Paradise Bakery. All the good stuff is gone.

Staff is always friendly. Place is alwayd clean. I mostly go during the lunch rush and it's still worth it.

My favorite location. Everyone here is always super friendly and there is never a long line. I love coming here

Takes a little extra time during lunch hour if you don't order ahead or use the kiosk, but the food and service are great. If I'm not in a rush, it's definitely worth a few extra minutes.

I work nearby this location so I try to place rapid pickup orders for lunch and almost always have an issue. This area has a lot of homeless people that come in and steal food right from the shelves, so I think that this location should have more of a monitoring process. This happens a lot and is super frustrating.

Quite a wait just to place an order. There is an alternative, they have a kiosk set up with a couple of tablets where you are able to view the menu, place your order, even "build" your sandwich. I decided to go this alternative route which only cost me my spot in line. This way of ordering was sooooo difficult I ended up having to get back in line, the end of the line which had only grown longer. As I was placing my order a gentleman who too had been waiting in line to place an order mentioned having seen me trying to place my order the alternative route, he asked me about my experience, he then told me that he had experienced the same difficulties at a prior visit he had contacted management and the corp.office in regards to this difficult alternative.

Love this place, but employees not that friendly, and there to lazy to take my order.food is delicious, clean place, nice and quiet

Great service and quality food, as expected of Panera. Very comfortable place to come in and relax with a cup of coffee and good friends.

Went to rhis location mutiple times while in town for national soccer event. Staff seemed extremely lost, the manager probably the most so. 2 mornings in a row there was no coffee at 8 to 9 am. I saw multiple orders get done incorrectly while waiting an extended amount of time to get mine. Luckily I was just getting bagels in the mornings so mine was correct, minus waiting10 to 12 minute sa for coffee to brew. If you go, give yourself extra time and double check your order.

Tried ordering on there self checkout tablets, they froze. Waited forever to get my order taken, then they got the order wrong. I went back to ask them to correct my order the cashier sent us to the back. No one in the back acknowledged me or ended up helping at all, I went back to the cashier asked for a refund. I was interrogated by the manager, who I spoke to, what was wrong with the order, and even had the nerve to say she only spoke to one person back there who had an incorrect order. Well hellloooo mam! Like I said everyone over there ignored us! So I wouldn’t of had a name for you! I ordered a non plain sandwich and they gave it to me plain. Showed her the receipt and said but this says plain! Lmao exactly I didn’t
Want it plain! Anyways I said they had taken up to much of my time already and left the order there without a refund. This was probably around 40 minutes to try and get this resolved which nothing did. Thanks
