25Veronica is really good. I am sorry she is at another location now. Looking forward to picking up my frames and glasses.
Generally speaking, everyone was actually nice. That being said, I ordered two pairs of glasses due to a promotion going on, waited my 2 weeks, and got a call to show up because "my order was in. " Just to show up to 1 set of glasses with incorrect lenses, and the other was not even shipped yet. So, I was told that I would now need to wait another set of time to get the lenses made correctly and then have them replaced in my frames. At the time I was pretty mad and just left feeling like so much time was wasted and wishing that I had never given my money to people that don't even check orders before calling people to ask them to drive down. I get that all aspects of an order are not controllable, but to waste my time and not even offer an appeasement other than "sorry, come back later, " and do this all over again. Once I have my glasses, I will be looking for anywhere else that accept my insurance.

Oh wow, where do I even start. I went in for my yearly exam but waited to order contacts to make sure I liked my trial pair. I called back after about two weeks and ordered my six month supply. The receptionist, I think her name is Jessica, advised that I would get a call in 3-5 business days when they arrived. I waited for weeks and never got a call back so I ended up calling them. I was told that my order of contacts had been opened and used as trial pairs. The office manager, Veronica, apologized and offered me another pair of free trials while they ordered another supply to be directly shipped to my address. I called back and confirmed that they had my address correct and waited. I ended up waiting for WEEKS! I called today and asked about my supply. Jessica advised that she could order me another supply since mine still hadn’t arrived. I asked to speak to Veronica and told her to cancel my claim with my insurance because to order contacts a third time is beyond ridiculous. I will say they were always apologetic but for this to happen this many times and they fact that I was the only one following up on all of this is not acceptable.

Had a great experience each time I've been in. Dr. Hardin is kind & knowledgeable. The staff took the time to help figure out my complicated insurance. I took forever to figure out what I wanted. It is obvious they have a lot to juggle, so their patience is much appreciated. Only downside is the shipping time, but that is out of their control. Everything that is within their control was done well. Highly recommended!
