Pei Wei, Chandler AZ

This location is so inconsistent. I have more bad experiences than good. I ordered the orange chicken and the portion size on it was so small and the chicken was so burnt so the next time I went I ordered the honey chicken and the portion size seemed fine on that one but could barely eat it because it was drenched in so much sauce. I used to really love this place but feel like I have to stop going because the quality and consistency of my orders has gone down hill. Very disappointing because it was one of my favorites but not anymore!

I ordered 3 items from this place. The donuts I received were overcooked. The pad Thai was extremely bland and it was missing the egg and peanuts. The orange chicken I ordered for my son came with rice that was undercooked. Extremely disappointed that I wasted money here.

Monday evening July 5th. Most disastrous online ordering ever. People lined waiting over an hour. Short staffed and not equipped to handle busy times. Find somewhere else to eat. Not reliable!

Over the last 2 years Pei Wei has declined drastically in all areas in the fast casual food industry. They have chosen to cut back in just about every department especially food quality and customer service. I wouldn't be surprised if they're out of business within the next year.

Got krab wontons and mango Cal sushi. Came out super fast. Too fast? Both were stale. Also got a bad attitude while ordering not friendly.

Lettuce wraps and the chicken fried rice were delicious. Mango rolls were gross and the won ton soup had way to much green onion that it took away from the flavor of the broth. Clean restaurant, fast service for being so busy. Will try something different on the menu next time.

I was just in this payway location waiting for food way longer than it should have taken. Yes that was irritating on a Friday night but when it's really busy it is to be expected.there was another gentleman who had also been waiting even longer than I had and I witnessed the manager not only raised his voice at the gentleman but also threatened him about calling the Chandler Police department. I don't feel this gentleman was being unreasonable and I think it is ridiculous that he was threatened with police contact.bif anybody reads this please reconsider your whole staff there maybe you need to let everybody go and start from fresh. This location is absolutely awful I will be reporting this to corporate!

Messed up the order. Didn't include any chicken in my ginger chicken. Second time this happened at this location. Check your order before leaving store.

This location is my favorite the food always comes out great, cant go wrong with the spicy chicken or the teriyaki chicken!

This place is a much quicker way to get PF Changs style food. I come by here frequently on the way home and pick up my to go order. There are several menu items that almost identical to PF Changs. The rest of them vary just a little. Great food.

First time going to a pei wie restaurant. Food was real good. Register guy was nice. Unfortunately my wife found something on her food. Went back to the register and a girl replace the plate and appologize.

Very bad customer service. The management in this location is very poor, they were very rude when I called to discuss why my order was wrong.

I've been getting the same thing here for years (Orange Chicken) I decided to branch off and try the Chicken Pad Thai - Well worth the switch. I prefer getting extra green onions it makes the flavors pop. Well Done Pei Way. Please don't take this item away anytime soon.

The only good Pei Wei location in town! They answer their phones and are friendly! Keep it up, we need you!

Always great food. Dining room was busy. Tables needed to be cleared when we arrived and were a few minutes later.

Food has improved since the last time I was here. Good mix of signature Asian dishes. Menu changes every now and then, so it helps add some variety. Fast casual that has something for everyone.

Not sure what happened to pei wei. My wife's food had a hair in it and the Thai donuts were raw. Super disappointed tonight.

I have celiac and I only go to Pei Wei and Red Robin to eat out.

Gluten free menu and preparation.

Just talk to the managers and ask them to prepare your food.

Long wait for food. Dirty tables. Dirty floor. Cold food. No ice. Do carry out and microwave at home.

Always enjoy Pei Wei. Never had a dish I didn't like. Quick and easy. Great for business lunches.
