27I've been to lots of different Pei Wei's, but this one did a wonderful job.excellent customer service and attentive people. The orders were made well and they even gave us some ideas of how to order in the future to make are things healthier and tailored for our food allergies.
Just place a take out order and when I got home there where no sauces for any of my appetizers (have you ever eaten a crab wonton without any sauce.not very good). If that wasn't bad enough when I called to talk to someone I was on hold for over 10 minuets! I see why they keep get bad reviews recently. Hey Pei Wei wake up and look at your reviews on line!
I was surprised to see Orange Chicken as a new menu item! It was a little undercooked on my visit. This is the first time I've had this experience here. I still ate it. I look forward to future visits when it is cooked thoroughly.
Very expensive comparing themselves to Panda Express.their food is very fresh but the price. Upper Middle Class Panda Express. $50 for three people.
This location has and always will be the best pei wei. 5 stars for a 15 year run with myself and friends with no bumps in service. Sadly I will no longer be coming to any Pei Wei brand establishment. I had a bad experience at the Gilbert location (warner) and complained to corporate. I spoke with Patrick Castle (AZ Pei Wei Wrangler), very apologetic and professional on phone, but he promised they would "take care of me. " It has been 2, going on 3 weeks and after numerous attempts NO ONE will contact me or respond to my emails. Come on, comp me a meal or two for destroying my evening with your service. Everything I ordered was left out for 2 hours before they gave it to me. Total wait time 2 1/2 hours! A company that does not value/address customer feedback/complaints, is a sinking ship. Time to hire a PR firm to get your image back up after this whole "Online Ordering" debacle. I am not alone in this and was told it is a growing issue from inside sources. Good Luck
Felt unclean in this store. Smelled unclean. Plus, my pad thai was missing the usual toppings.
I've had better Pei Wei. I hope this was just an off day.
