Pep Boys Auto Parts & Service, Phoenix AZ

Apparently their system was down nationwide so they couldn't serve me. However they were able to see their last appointment and mine wasn't in there. So if the system is down, how can they see other appointments, just not mine?

I have never had an issue with a Pep Boys until I went to this location. I had an appointment at 8 am, right when they open, and by 8: 10 the doors were still locked and nobody answered the phone. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Person at front counter was rude, called Monday made appointment for Thursday at 10 when I showed up Thursday there was no appointment made on behalf of the employee who took my call. The person at front desk was very rude, ppl that have no customer service should get some. He asked for info about work van which I didn’t know he went ahead and just skipped me like I wasn’t even there. I told him this is a work van, plus I made appointment it’s not my fault somebody is not doing their job! Last time I will ever go there. Have never liked pep boys because of their customer service. It is the worst!

They never answer the phone the customer service skills are horrible already made an appointment at discount in less then 5mins of being on the phone I have been calling this pepboys since 9am its now 4pm Just a thought

This location Not fully opened. There was not a Technician for what I needed done which was to check antifreeze and coolant. One would not be available til 4 days later.

By far Pep Boys on 24th street and McDowell is the best place to get your vehicle parts service is great very professional management is top notch

Great assortment of parts, supplies, and services. The staff is usually very polite and helpful.

I happen to like this Pep Boys location. The store is fairly good sized and the selection is good. It seems pretty consistent with other large Pep Boys locations that I've been to.

I got the just before closing time and they were super helpful. The staff member demonstrated professionalism & humor. Pleasant experience

Scheduled an appointment for a wheel alignment at 12pm on a Friday. The vehicle was supposed to be ready at about 1pm, went for it at 245. I showed up and it was still parked in the same spot I left it. The lady simply told me that they didn’t get to it.

I always bring my car to Pepboys because they are always so nice and it’s a comfortable environment. I especially want to recognize Nick, because he found that my coolant was looking funky and decided to check it out, and turns out the previous owner had put something in the radiator overflow. So thank you Nick, you saved me from a bigger problem.

Quick and affordable. Wish pep, you can "walk in" or schedule an appointment. I prefer scheduling an appointment, as pep is very good with being me in and out of the shop asap.

Please know that location do not have a customer restroom available and plan your trip accordingly!

More expensive than other parts stores, but always have my parts in stock. 20 minute wait while employees talked with another. No other customers at checkout or in building.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION.went in for new tires, told my sensor is broken and instead of leaving it out they kept it in my tire. Fast forward to a tire rotation at DISCOUNT TIRE and they found YOUR SCREW UP.my tire is ruined. I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE ON YOU AND NEXT THE BBB.

If I could give you a negative star, I would vote you a negative infinitely. I'm LIVID.

Showed up 30 min earlier than my scheduled appointment for an oil change with 1 car ahead of me, 3 hours later my vehicle was still in the same place and when I went to see what was going on they were saying they were about to go to lunch so I told them to give me my Damn keys back.

The mechanics are always knowlegable and efficient. The phones are typically busy though. The Lyft counter is always swamped so expect too spend several hours here if you are renting a car from Hertz for Lyft. The same goes if you are a Lyft driver bringing your car in for service.

This place is a joke any SERVICE needed takes at least 4-5 hours even if you have an appointment and the service u needed takes 15 min these techs don't care.the only thing they care about is playing around like little children.if you don't believe me just come and check it out.this place has no leadership.

We had to take our truck back 3 times after they did a brake and rotor job. The noise coming from the truck was crazy!

I had an oil change appointment at 8 in the morning. The store was closed down until 9: 30 and I was never notified. Apparently the reason for this was because the registers were down. And then when I went there at 9: 30 and asked them if they could see me they said they don't have an appointment until 2: 30 even though they were not there to honor my appointment. The lady was rude and no empathy or concern or apologize for anything. I just thought that was poor customer service and especially if the store I worked at needed to own up to this issue. And from what I hear this is happened many a times, the gentleman outside was complaining about their customer service. Just from this experience alone I will never be going back there again.
