29Horrible service. Took my car to get a tire replaced. I specifically asked if I need a new tire because I had a blow out, they told me the rim was fine. It turn out that the rim is damaged and I need to get a new one because it’s causing a pull. Never going back. Waiting room is dirty and bathroom smells. I don’t think they clean often. Stay away from this location.
Bad experience, poor service, never removed old parts. Had to spend more money to have service done right. Complete rip off. Bad businesses.
Cashier was a "D", after purchasing a cig lighter/usb plug, because I was also there for Hertz/Lyft, the cashier tells me I can't use the bathroom because it's for customers only. I had to remind him I made a purchase after he told me no. Ok, since I'm not a customer I probably should not ever shop at pep boys again.and I wont! Never had any issues at Auto Zone, not with people or with their bathroom, Go AutoZone!
I was able to get in quickly. Get an oil change which is all I asked for. Next thing I know they are taking all my tires off.
When I asked why.they said why not. Doesn't cost anything and it doesn't hurt.
That's cool, but don't start messing with something on my car without asking.
Jeremy had some attitude and made a lot of spacey/oops mistakes especially communication wise (he also spaced on giving me my change of 10$) Cierra and RJ/AJ? (young boy at register that Saturday) were extremely kind and helpful.appreciated having my coupon honored as well.be advised that while advertisments state a safety inspection is FREE OF CHARGE-when you go in, they will tell you that its contingent on paying for an oil change.
No one came to ask if I needed help and no cashier available for 2 minutes while standing in line.other than that clean store.
These incompetent bafoons ef'd my car sideways. Put in an alternator wrong. No joke. Only decent thing is that another Pep Boys in Nogales AZ fixed it.
Take your car here if you want to fix the same problem again later.
Bad customer service, and too expensive 160$ to change a sensor on my car? !? Took it to discount tire for 50$
These guys definitely worked with me and did their job. I wasted weeks without a.c, and went to 3 diff shops to get my ac fixed. This place helped with a rental. And did an AMAZING job, i love Kenneth for his efforts. As well as Jeremy, both were exceptional! I definitely reccommend, plan to go back for any future problems
