My car broke down outside of Peoria on New Year’s Day and they were the only place willing to take a look at my car. While the damage to my car was beyond the scope of their work, they were super helpful in providing information I needed to work with the dealership on getting me back on the road. The staff here are exceptional.

Rudy was a great and trustworthy mechanic. Highly recommend this place. They go above and beyond to truly take care of your vehicle when getting an oil change.

Tires are expensive and warranty is terrible. Purchased 4 tires for $650.4 months later 1 tire kept losing air. We took it in and they said warranty expired after 90 days. They wanted to replace the 1 tire for $364. Not going to happen!

Came in for an inspection for Lyft. I was addressed by Radolph and was told that they could not conduct the inspection because I needed a form. I expected customer service. They said I could send it via email. So I called the other location in Goodyear and they stated they could email it.

Online shows in store shopping is available. Drove down there just to see they have signs on the door saying Service only no retail shopping. They should update their information.

I am very impressed with how the service department took care of me. Creighton and his band of merry men gave me the red carpet treatment! I came in there for an oil change and got the VIP treatment instead! I was in and out in no time and had a permanent smile for the rest of the day. Pep Boys rocks!

Manny over at Pep Boys is very friendly and helpful. I always have a good experience when I go he helped me both times he's doing a awesome job!

All I needed was help removing my battery or a borrowed tool. A 5 min job. I couldn't believe Customer Rep refused to help me or lend me a tool for 5 min right outside his store.

The customer service was good but what I found strange was the fact that after getting my oil changed, they stated my battery was dead. They ran a test and showed me a paper that said my battery needed to be replaced. My battery was only 3 months old and i had not had an issue with it. I had them charge my battery they replaced my claps after saying the claps were the problem. I went to Oreily where I bought my battery, they did a test and the test said my battery was perfect.

Chris and will were very helpful and informative was happy to have honest mechanics that treat you fair.best shop around hands down.

A/C was not working in store so it was very warm and uncomfortable in store but clerk was quick and helpful

Dishonest as hell. We just found out that last year when we were sold "new tires, " we were actually sold one new tire and one 3 year old tire. We were stupid and admitted we didn't know much about tires, so they saw us coming. Don't ever buy from here unless you know what you're doing and check it yourself. Disgusted by this company.

Two words. TERRIBLE SERVICE! The service dept rep.did not want to come out and check the battery in my car. Said the technician had to look at it, but he was gone for the day. In the middle of the afternoon? What kind of service dept does not have anyone to help a customer in the middle of the afternoon? Terrible!

Went in for and oil change first thing in the morning. Was driving home within the hour. Very clean, nice helpfull staff. Oh and a nice coffee machine.

Went for a oil change today on easter at 4: 05 pm and big large man by the name of louie was like "oil changes take 45 mins and we close at 5 you know that right? " I was like
Ok and? He was rude with other questions as well and he made me feel like i should have gone elsewhere he didnt wanna do the oil because he wanted to go home.
Not coming back again!

Ordered my tires online and they lost track of them.they never called until I came to the store.at least my tires were cheap for 80m.

I called wanting an oil change that morning Asked if they had an open spot. The man on phone worked me in for 9am it was 830. Car was done by 1130. Its hard for me to do scheduling. He really helped me out. Thank you.

They stocked exactly what I needed. I wasn't sure if they would have it available. Customer service was great!

Extremely nice employees. We didn't find what we needed this time since the product was discontinued; however, the people that work here helped direct us to where we can get it. Thank you Pep Boys!
