26Absolutely dishonest service, the workers refused to speak/look at me and only talked to my husband about MY car, over-exaggerated what was wrong with my vehicle, and refused to sign off on a vehicle inspection that my car passed every category on. I also got charged for the vehicle inspection, which I was told minutes before was free, and when we brought that up the worker said he had to charge us because of the company the inspection was for. We're never going to a Pep Boys again, this was ridiculous. Hopefully the two men who were working tonight are fired.
Every time I come into this store the employees are incredibly helpful and friendly. If they don't have what I need, they go out of their way to find it.
Once again jerk staff and crappy customer service (update) store manager called and tries his best to help me out.good guy. Thanks for the call
Labor costs were pricey. Did a great job on the vehicle. They did their best to find discounts and coupons to lower my total price. Expensive still but very helpful. I felt they were very honest about their service provided.
The worker there was very helpful as he walked around with me to look at things I was interested in for my truck. And let me know where to go to get things they didn't have.
Staff very nice and informative, store has a LOT of parts and little bits and pieces you would ever need
