PetSmart, Tucson AZ

We bought a Blue Buffalo 12 can wet dog food pack because they were completely out of Hills Science diet. Unfortunately our elderly dog didn’t like the BB. I tried to exchange the remaining 10 cans for something he would eat and they wouldn’t take them since I didn’t have my receipt. Really poor customer service. I will never use Petsmart again.

I recently did a review through an email I received and instead of reviewing PetSmart I reviewed a recent visit to PetCo on Cortaro Rd. I enjoy shopping at PetSmart, employees are always friendly and willing to help answer any questions I have or help me find what I came in for. It’s further away from my home but we’ll worth the trip. PetCo on the other hand is an awful place to shop. I hope my earlier review I did by mistake doesn’t make people want to shop at PetCo.

Went in was taken care of right away it was a distant drives was trying to get Ultra Wee Wee Pads almost all the stores were out frustrating but what can you do.

I always get my dog groomed at Petsmart specifically the one on River. But today was not a good experience. Normally she gets her ear and nails done and gets a bath and brushing. Today we tried the top dog and her ears were not cleaned well and her teeth were not done and we were not given the bow or bandana it said it had included. We were told that she was resisting too much for her to get these things, but this was the first time we were ever told she was anything short of a sweetheart. I paid an extra 20 dollars to basically get the basic bath and brush. Very upset.

Soo my over all shopping experience today here went pretty well. So I think that the store does offer amazing products for my fur babies.but personal for my own financial reasons I do consider a lot of there merchandise to be a bit pricey. Employees all did fine. Just doing there job kind of thing.
Over all tho my puppy seems to really enjoy the bones we bought for her. So thats really all that matters right.

They didn't charge the price that was on the shelf for the items. They also didn't honor the buy one get one 1/2 off. So I left without buying anything and went to Petco and made my purchases there. The employees were better to deal with Petco as well.

Organization makes it very easy to find what you need quickly, just dont get side tracked by all the cute animals!

Good clean store. Good selection of lizards and hamsters. Got some treats for my dogs and cat that they loved

PetSmart does not even deserve one stop I paid to have my dog grooming there they charge me and never did the work so remember next time you go to take your pet into get groomed make sure they just didn't spray something nice on demand check the nails look at the coat I will never take my pet to PetSmart

Tons of pet toys, food, and carriers. They've got ferrets, hamsters, mice, rats, lizards, snakes, turtles, guinea pigs, birds, and fish. The last couple of times I've come by they have been out of several kinds of fish, which is a bummer because I went to another one and they were out too so I ended up buying local. Otherwise I definitely appreciate being able to get lots of supplies here.

Employee was rude. There was a wide step stool with less than a foot rise in front of the lizard cages. My 8 year old grandson stepped up to see the anoles on the top row. I was stand there right beside him. An employee told him to get off as the store could get in trouble if he fell. She offer no way for him to see the lizards. He was using his Christmas money to buy one. Was not thrilled by the idea buying one here in the first place because of PetSmart's reputation with lizards. But after the rude employee will not be back.

I get all my dog food here and love that they price match. However, I wish that they would have the same prices on the shelves as they do online. All of my price matching comes from their website, which has lower prices. Doesn't make much sense.

Almost always has what I want. Pretty good service. Employees willing to help. They have almost everything your pets need.

Online ordering with in-store pickup is very convenient, and seems to save you money. Prices of some items are higher than discount stores, but they are the only ones who carry Exquisicat Litter.

Had my terrier mix groomed. Didn't know that the groomers were all trainees. The job was not very good. Will not take my dog back.

They had most of what we needed. Turns out we could have got it all cheaper at Wal-Mart. Not really impressed. I expected them to have a lot more stuff.

One of my dogs has an allergy to something in regular dry dog food. Petmart had a dog food to which she had no allergic reaction. The food is by Castor and Pollux, Pristine, Wild Caught Salmon and Sweet Potato. The used to chew and let come her paws almost constantly. Now she does this very seldom.

A huge store, worth the drive across town to find the products my local PetSmart doesn't carry. My cats are happy tonight.

I love this persmart! Great prices and friendly people. Their fish live much longer and are much healthier than other pestsmarts i have been to.

Groomers here are always friendly and caring with our dogs. Affordable yet online reservations can be complicated. Make sure you make an appointment a few days in advance as they book quickly.
