PetSmart, Tucson AZ

It's good but it is the workers they are pretty lazy but 2 out of 8 will really know it all and I think it is good place for grooming you dog or cat

I walked in and in 10 min & found me a kitty. Meet Smarty Pants who's name is now Luna. The staff was friendly and the process was easy.

We get our dog groomed here. My only complaint is that they need to smooth off her toenails better.

If they don't have what you're looking for in the store. I'm certain they can order it. Got what I needed, and tried to get out. Seems like they'll really wait for a line of customers to queue up *before* opening the next register.

Prices are not always apparent. If you go to their website Its possible to find the same items for almost half the price as in store. Good news is they do price match at this store. But you have to be an informed buyer.

We generally go to this petsmart for the banfield pet hospital! But every staff members are friendly and usually have a smile on there face. The banfield pet hospital staff is extremely nice and they are always welcoming and try to fit you in when it is possible. I would recommend, especially if your looking for a good vet for your little or big pets!

Employees need training. Been going here for along time. I always get a sigh or look of annoyance when i ask a question and always a bogus answer. Leaving me with. Well nevermind ill find it myself.

Love this place, especially the one in Oro Valley. The employees are so friendly and knowledgable!

Buying Greenies - best dog day ever. Groomer was sensitive to dog's tolerances during pad hair trim, and nail clipping, two very unusual activities for Sugar. She suggested a return for the grinding in a day or so.
Having Greenies near the registers was a brilliant move.)

Great staff and all the services you would need no matter what type of pet you may have including vet services
