The person who served me was honest about the delay of my pizza being ready (it had been dropped).

Multiple tvs, none showing the menu
Stood there while 3 employees just walked by, 1 only said we'll be right with you
Finally someone "helps" us
We asked if there was any specials, says there's no specials, just what's on the menu
yeah, the menu on the counter has type face like the size of a prescription bottle
So we order, then see there's a box that will be $10.00 cheaper
So we change our order, and she *sighs* real loud, I think that's the reason no one wears a name tag
Pizza is good, customer service is bad

The food was perfect, I ordered a stuffed crust with parmesan sauce, topped with chicken, mushrooms, and onions. I also ordered breadsticks w/marinara and 2 extra marinara sauces.however they failed to deliver the extra sauce, other than that my experience was perfect.

On my last 2 orders the Pizzas have seemed to be of inferior quality than those I have had in the past. This last one was extremely salty almost not even edible. It seems the quality of the product is deteriorating and make me question whether or not I will continue to get my pizza from Pizza Hut.

This Pizza Hut has one of the hottest male delivery drivers ever, dear lord, was not ready for that sculpted body, 10/10 would ask for delivery again

Called today and the gentleman that picked up the phone went through and just said we’re close and hung up before I could even talk, I had to call him back three times before he would listen to me after I kept on saying hello hello I ordered a pizza.and then when he acknowledge “oh this person’s talking” he said to me that my pizza was delivered a half an hour ago but I literally just got A knock on the door from the delivery guy. Horrible customer service due to the fact that this gentleman lied to me straight on the phone even though he didn’t know what was going on, unprofessional very very rude for not listening to me and it took more than an hour to get my pizza even though he said it was delivered a half an hour ago.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I’ve been going to this location for years and have never had any issues until tonight. We bought wings this time. The first few seemed fine &the last one I bit into was raw. I spit it out and less than an hour later & have excruciating stomach pains I started projectile vomiting and my mouth is swollen and itchy. I called the location during regular business hours and the girl kept saying they were closed and hanging up repeatedly. She wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say. Just filed a complaint with the health department. Don’t go here unless you enjoy high medical bills, illness, and awful customer service. Find another location, or another pizza shop all together.

They lost my order and then I had to wait longer for the same order.all I got was a sorry for my trouble.the team there needs customer service training.

I have ordered twice since the new opening and had nothing but great service. The pizzas were wonderful and hot. Both delivery drivers were very polite and personable. Quality and personability is what I look for. 5 stars.

I took my stars away. The last 4 times I have ordered from this location my order has been wrong. I don't mind if it's a little late.but can it be right?

They can't even deliver 1.3 miles away, waited for 2 hours and twenty minutes, I had to call them about my order. Then they called me back, 20 minutes later to tell me they can't deliver to where I was at. They lost a customer for good.

Really nice place polite staff, clean' friendly atmosphere. Had to rate it 4 stars for the extra wait time because they had forgot to make half of our order. But great quality overall. Would visit again!

I have not used PIzza Hut in a long time. Figured I would give it one more try. The inside of the remodeled place is nice, but the food now is nasty. First, told it will be ready in 10 mins, and the board was 23 mins later, and it was 25. The pizza cheesy bites-the cheese was melted out onto the pizza and all the so called bites were only shells of dough. The pizza was nasty tasting and is not even as good as some 5th rate pizza joint. They are nothing like they used to be.

The children working there are unprofessional. I was the only customer and had to wait a while just to pick up my order. Sucks they're the only Pizza Hut closest to me.

Nice place to eat with the family or friends. Not a big fan of wings but they are good (buffalo medium).

If I could give zero I would. Worst place you can dine in. Went with my family did not feel welcome at all. We were the only ones there.the employees gave us angry looks. They are so rude! Never goin back. Will let my friends and family know bout this place. It was also hot n humid inside. Ended up goin somewhere else

On May 12,2018 I was Eating dinner when felt a bite on my leg, started looking at the floor and the seat in the booth and it was covered with bedbug larva, told an employee and she looked behind the seat and there were several bedbugs on it. Another employee told me it was probably a mosquito, got my money back. Not known if they treated the restaurant for bedbugs after that.

Delivery was very fast!

Delivery person did not forget my 2 Liter like some places! Great Job!

If i could give it no stars i would. This place is a joke. We got the pepperoni lovers pizza it looked like a cheese lovers pizza with a ring of pepperoni on the crust. Such a disappointment.

Place is kept like a meat freezer. Even in winter time. In summer months you need to go outside to warm up. Cant relax when your freezing to death very uncomfortable

The place was clean and well kept. However, we were quoted between 10-15 minutes on our order but only received it after about 45 minutes.
