Pizza Hut, Phoenix AZ

One of the worst "Costumer service" at this store. Came to pick up a carry out order, had me waiting in the drive through for 5 min. They never noticed I was there. Went inside the store to pick up my pizza had me waiting again. They asked for my name again, come to find out my pizza been in the warmer the whole time. Worst Pizza Hut Ever!

Nicest Pizza Hut in Phoenix & cool atmosphere inside. I haven't gotten delivery from here but I've picked up a few times and had a good experience each time. If you pick up a pizza, they are required to show you your pizza before you leave & if you're not happy, they have to remake it.

I like the service just wish I could understand the employee on phone a little better! But great service anyway

Brand new building, pizza Hut always be pizza Hut, if you have coupons you save if not very expensive

They tore down the old Pizza Hut and put up a new one and so we decided to go in and check it out. It was very good as usual and the pizza came out pretty quickly and everybody was very pleasant.

Ordered pizza, wings, and drinks.drinks were missing.and then the wings were the wrong flavor so i called and the manager asked me to give my old wings back.i called corporate and they helped with the situation.just letting you know they can NOT ask for the old food back. MAJOR health code violation.i could have thrown them away then picked them out of my grbage and gave them back then the next person who would have ordered wings would have gotten my garbage literally.

I rarely eat pizza and the day I decide to eat pizza. I get the worst service ever at this Pizza Hut. I went to this newly remodeled location and no one answered the door no one answered the phone and no one answered the drive-through. The door hours states that the they close at midnight and it was only 10: 40pm I didn’t see anyone inside and no one was answering. I never got any pizza. Very poor customer service Pizza Hut.

My order was short a hot wing. I didn't expect anything but just wanted to let them know. Well they put the manager on the phone and he was awesome, completely understood, and gave me a complete order of wings for free. I for real didn't expect anything but service like that ill definitely be going back. THANKS.

The pizza was really good tasty and soft but the costumer service was poorly, the plate fork and nice were not clean well had stains made of metal looked very bad

First time ordering from this location, pizza was undercooked.they missed the mark with this.

Second time ordering they didn't even put sauce on it.

Went their customer service is really bad as if they did not know what they were doing might be that they need a lot more training only person that help me it seem like he was the cook and he made the time to walk up and help

I love coming back here. I order the same salad and each time it gets better and better. Since the remodel, it looks very inviting (and it is). The staff is very friendly and helpful. LOVE IT HERE!
