Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Chandler AZ

The sprite had no flavor, the chicken was dripping in grease, they were maybe a 3rd of the size the chicken strips normally are, they didn't give us sauce like we asked, the biscuits were dry and hard on the outside.

I keep hearing how great popeyes is and yet everyone I try to eat here there's an issue. I've tried 4 times and still never once been able to get an actual sandwich. Guess it wasn't meant to be. So much for good food

Told us to pull forward and wait for our order 4 min. 15 min later we had to go in, and they hadn’t even started making it yet! Wouldn’t give our money back, didn’t give us any coupon or anything to make things ok. Horrible attitude as well
Don’t move forward, stay there until they serve you.

I ordered the spicy shrimp combo, received chicken, then received popcorn shrimp, then received spicy shrimp with partially cooked fries. I guess they were in a rush for me to leave.

I asked for extra mayonnaise on my classic chicken sandwiche, and they gave me no mayonnaise instead, and i ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, but they gave no utensils to eat it with.

I asked for a regular chicken sandwich, no pickles, and fresh hot fries. I got pickles on my sandwich and barely warm fries. I ate it but not what I ordered.

Terrible location customer service forget about it they kept my card and our drinks i said something to the manager and completely disrespectful with her attitude and no sympathy for MY CARD BEEN TAKEN food was cold never go back my future patrons

The food is very good but the service is inconsistent and often disappointing. Make sure you check your food before you drive away as this location often mishandles orders.

I find in highly convenient that each and every time I come here to this location they either are out of fries or tea. Tonight it’s both. So to me if you’re restaurant is open til 10 you should be able to serve all food items on the menu until close. What are you going to do about this? I doubt there is a fry and tea shortage here in America.

Went into the double drive through and waited and waited but nobody took my order. I tried to drive out but was stuck inside the drive though for many minutes. Finally got to the window and nobody came to the window. I drove away after wasting 10 minutes in a drive through for nothing.

Manager was disrespecting the employees. I won't get into specifics and details, but someone like that should never be allowed to be in charge of anyone, period.

Awful! Half of my order was wrong, and the other half must have been given to someone else. It’s not rocket science, but somehow they managed to completely screw it up.

Great service, the rice and beans are worth the cost, I would highly recommend people to taste the food at least once in a life time.

The menu was a bit confusing, or perhaps it was just me. I liked the food, but one of my orders was messed up. Overall, it was okay for a fast food restaurant.

20 min to prepare 10 pc order and 2 sides missing. One from the order and one for taking so long. Not good business

I tried Popeyes for the first time in years, and I wasn't very impressed. The chicken tenders were mostly breading, and the traditional fried chicken was very average. For fried chicken I would stick to KFC. For chicken tenders I think Raising Canes is a much better choice.

Well, what can u really say about fast food? It was just that. I don't know if it's just me, but I felt no flavor stood out and said YUM. I can take it or leave it. Just bein' real, not mean.

Says they're open till 10 p.m. Went there at 9: 25 and the drive-thru speaker said they were closed several workers inside the building nobody would serve me. If I was the owner I would be absolutely irate and everybody would be fired who worked that night. It's a matter of principle at that point

I love Popeyes. This location is needing to improve their customer service this is my second time going thru drive thru and my order was not what I ordered. This is very disappointing. Tried contacting and no answers.

The restaurant was clean, the counter staff friendly and the manager came to help since I had a large to-go order. The chicken & biscuits tasted good when I got them home, although the fries did not travel well
