37Worst popeyes ever! I’ve been to a few popeyes in different states, and this location is only one that just disappoints me! They always running out of food.the food is always over cooked.very poor customer service! I would give this location a zero star if i could!
This place is absolute joke. I've been coming here about once a week since it was built. First off, nearly every time I come here they are out of something. Sometimes it's sauce, sometimes it's a side. Today it was both. No blackened ranch and no mashed potatoes. On top of that, I can count on one hand the number of times my order was correct. Today, I ordered a five piece tender combo with cole slaw, since there were no mashed potatoes. They gave it to me with fries instead, and didn't give me my drink. Lastly, there has been I think two times that they've remembered to give me a spork for my mashed potatoes. I keep coming back here because the chicken is to die for, but the service is the absolute worst I've ever had.
3: 24 pm Sunday February 18th.the young girl taking on the drive through either needs more customer service training or a attitude adjustment. You can tell she doesn't really want to take the customers order, won't even answer a simple question.
MANAGEMENT is to blame, if they clearly can check and see this doesn't happen, but don t, just means they don't care.
WHERE'S THE OWNER?

I have been to location about three times and all at different times. I have to say if I could put a negative store I would. Every single time my family and I or just be alone, the food is very overcooked or the wait is just super long. This last time was Easter and my family and I were looking forward to some chicken and the crew was slow slow and The drive-through was closed. Needless to say three strikes Popeyes out
Food was great! Staff was terrible standing in the back talking not realizing we needed a to go bag and then finally came up handed my husband a bag and gave him the ugliest look. We will never go there again and will tell eveyone we know to stay away as well
Can't give ZERO stars. How do these guys stay in business is beyond me. 30 minutes in a drive thru line with only ONE car ahead of us. Totally insane. LOL the biggest joke is the 2 drive-thru lines which only one has ever been opened. Which only one has ever been opened. You would never be able to handle to drive through lines ever! Can't go to a different one cuz they're all just as bad. I keep praying another franchise will come in but these guys just keep expanding how do you expand bad customer service.
Tried the drive thru twice in the last three weeks and both times I wasn't greeted until I said something and both times the response I got was please wait. No hello, welcome to Popeyes or anything. Both times I ended up driving off, after waiting serveral minutes, without ordering. There weren't any other cars in lone even. This place was good to go to when it first opened. What happened? Never going to this location again.
UPDATE: After not being to this Popeye's in over a year, I gave it another shot. I was not disappointed! It's clear that this store is under new management. The employees are incredibly friendly and accommodating and the food was prepared with much more care than previously. At this point, I have to raise the rating from my original 3 stars to 4, almost 5.definitely met my expectations this time.
In general, it's a clean store. The food is what you'd expect. I've been to a few Popeye's that have a little more personality with their employees, but if you're looking for something quick, this one will be just fine.
I'm so upset. Spent the time to download door dash for Popeyes Chicken an $42 of the order and it was wrong, cold, what a waist. Not worth ever again. How can you send orders out wrong cold food burnt biscuits football size chicken too like really who is running this restaurant. Only filled drink cup Midway. Fish platter where? Two over cooked pieces full of grease for $10 terrible place.
Went and ordered two number 6 and I ended up getting three chicken fingers each and the chicken was horrible, had to wait like 20 minutes and the chicken looked like it was paper thin and tasted horrible, won't be ever going back there ever again
Our food was cold. The only good part was the biscuit. The chicken tenders were thin and rubbery. The Cajun fries were cold and we barely received 15 fries each. The sweet tea didn’t even taste right. Worst experience ever at Popeyes. Customer service was poor. Never returning to this location and will tell everyone to avoid. Not worth any persons money or time. We did not receive what we paid for.
Ordered 3 pc combo from drive through. Got 2 wings and a thigh, Cajun fries that were soggy and old. No Napkins no receipt:) Popeyes is delicious just not from this one.
Thursday, 7pm arrival at drive through. It's now 7: 24pm. I am still in line, 3 cars ahead of me. Internet shows when busy time is. Why not staff up during this time. Workers show no urgency. I see them through the window looking at their phones.
Worse Popeyes on the history of Popeyes! How you have unseasoned fried chicken at Popeyes? Wth? Subpar customer service, siggggghhhhhh just don't waste your time. This is my 2nd visit by the way, this was my confirmation visit. HORRIBLE
Last time I went there was 15 to 20 minute wait for chicken during the dinner time? I left. Plenty of other places with chichen. Tonight. The manager couldn't get my order right? 3 times and I asked for honey for my biscuits. Get home. No biscuits!
Clearly management problems! Time for somebody to start doing shopper reports.
Does not have any sodas stocked, ask for names and still just calls out numbers rather then hand numbers out.
This got to be the worst place to work and the heights turn over in chandler. Just a bundle of confusion every-time I’m there. No one knows what’s going on and everybody looking at you like you got 3 heads when you ask what’s going on with your order. Just check your order when you get them you be surprised when you get home, Because the food don’t look like what you order when you get home. I mean is not that hard to put a 3 piece tender with Fries together I mean come on guys seriously.
