25NO STARS! I PUT ONE STAR BUT HAD TO SO I COULD LEAVE A IMPORTANT MESSAGE. YOU WILL NOT GET HELP OVER THE PHONE. THE OPERATOR JUST KNOWS HOW TO PUSH THE SAME BUTTON OVER ANR OVER. WEEKS OF TRYING TO GET HELP. NO PLACE TO LEAVE VOICE MAIL OR MESSAGES. THEY MUST BE DESPARATE TO HIRE SOMEONE WHO DOESNT KNOW HOW TO FIND A LIVE PERSON TO ASSIST WITH INQUIRIES. YOUR PHYSICAL BODY IS IN DANGER WITH THIS COMPANY.
Give your business to someone else, ANYONE else, I spent 2 hours over two days arranging a walker for a resident of my AL home, when the walker was delivered it was the wrong walker, when I called and asked for the correct one they said they don't even sell that one. I had verified the make/model of the walker we needed. HORRIBLE customer service and very un-professional. Won't do business with them ever again.
You can never get a straight answer from anyone at this facility. I waited for a pickup of my device for 3 hours, no one showed. Had to reschedule for another day. At least you can get someone on the phone after a long hold.
Personally I had a great experience. I got fitted with my cpap. Explained in a way that I understood it and I'm looking forward to finally sleeping well
Don’t answer their phones. How on earth do you have any happy customers if you don’t answer your phones?
Preferred Homecare has been taking care of me for about 4 years. Customer Service has always been pleasant and efficient. They care about their patients. Equipment is delivered quickly.
I went here for my cpap machine and mask set up and it was great. Dallas was amazing he explained everything to me about how to use the machine and take care of it. He also was very knowledgeable about how this will effect my sleep quality! Wait time was short too! Very pleased with this location.
Waited 3 weeks for supplies, when they came the next day someone called and said they were from there and I owed a copay. But she had no idea on who my insurance is. I hung up and called billing, they told me they don't make outgoing calls. Insurance has not been billed yet and they will send me an invoice if I still owe anything. This company screwed around for 3 weeks, always had excuses, now this? I had to order small amount of supplies from Amazon if I was to change bandage as instructed. They arrived in one day. I don't know why any insurance company uses Preferred as a provider!
The doctors office told me the insurance cover the supplies.
Worst service ever. They bring the wrong equipment or dont bring the equipment at all. I had a driver lie and say he came to the house when someone is home everyday and we also have camera on our doorbell and no one ever came. We waited a month and never received the right equipment. Dont use their services save yourself a headache
Prompt delivery on nebulizer.fairly prompt pick up. Only had less than 1 month.now they continue to bill insurance and also debit my account. I don't have the the machine. Used in March and returned in april.still billing!
Horrible customer service, and worse billing services. "Said" we knocked on your door to pick up some equipment AND left a note in mailbox! That was a complete lie!
I'm writing in reference to a patient named Alyson W. When I called to get the 1st appt set up months ago, the phone rang for 15min straight bf someone answered. Then transferred me and the phone rang again for another 5min. You can't leave a message, it'sNOT an option. HOW INCONVIENANT. So you wait and wait and wait for them to answer the phone. Finanally, contact was made but she waited 4 days for her oxygen. They had every excuse in the book. It got so bad they would say they came knocked and no one answered for 4 days.
She only needed the oxygen the 1st week of coming home.
I called to cancel same week. Same thing with the phone ringing only it rang for 20 min transferred waited another 10 min bf they picked up. They finally answered. They told her that her Dr had to cancel the script bf they would pick it up or stop payment. We made an appt with her Primary Care, then a Pulmonologist. Both Drs called repeatedly. Drs & Nurses don't have that amount of time to sit and wait for the phone to be answered. They are charging her monthly for this equipmemt. Anyway I called every week for months mind you. They often didn't answer at all for days on end. I called again today, finally someone answered the phone. They said they did show a pickup scheduled for Mon 8/5/19 but she said they called to reshedule with us and no one answered the phone. They didn't leave us a message. I stated we didn't need a call or a schedule, we need a pick up. That equipment has been sitting outside under surveillance and will continue to sit out there, till they come. Each of her family members (HUGE FAMILY) will be leaving reviews everywhere as of today 8/7/19 until we can find a place to write about their service. Continually until they come pick up the equipment. It may only be a few dollars to rent the equipment from their perspective. But it's a huge amount to her income. They shouldn't mind us telling everyone how they do business. If their Smart Financially, they will figure out real quick what this address is and come get their equipment. I'm family member #1. Which family member wants to be next to leave a review regarding your experience with this company?
How to call to try to make an appointment for a fitting which they would not allow me to do until May 1st but they don't have any appointments until May 22nd I don't have a work schedule that far out so I made the appointment said if I get scheduled to work that day I'm going to have to cancel it and the guy was very rude to me, But I am not taking the day off because they can't schedule me appointment ahead of time. I don't understand why they couldn't have made the appointment when I called them a month ago when they knew that I wasn't going to be able to get the equipment until May 13th they should have been able to make me an appointment around that time instead they wait until I can get it and then tell me I can't get an appointment for a month out. And the guy that I talked to was so rude it was ridiculous! I hate having to deal with this place
This company is terrible. They are very fishy, they claimed they ship the supplies to the patients, but patients don't ever receive the orders. This has happens with several patients. Terrible company!
Even corporate had bad customer service. Talked to some woman who was very rude when my doctor told her I need to get in asap. Not to mention this location is a total pile. Behind a dennys.
It's just an okay place. I've had much better service at other facilities in the 30 years I've been using cpap equipment.
Worst service by far. I’ve been in the home health care industry for over 8 years and have never had to wait for oxygen for 7 hours!
They delivered the portable o2 tank to the hospital before discharge true however they took 7 hours to get oxygen to the home after we were gone which landed after 1 o’ Cock in the morning. This is unacceptable
All the companies I have used never took over 2 hours for oxygen. For such a big company this is disheartening.
Highly disappointed in the customer service and deliverly timeframe that was advised and failed by the company. Waiting for a breathing treatment machine, would hate to think if his was a life threatening wait on how many dead people there would be.
I am a palled at the billing practices of this company. They build my insurance company too soon for my DMI CPAP supplies.when I told him specifically only send me what insurance will cover and they continued to send me CPAP supplies expecting me to pay out of pocket. After several attempts to correct the problem all I was met with was hostility by the billing department I actually had to file a grievance this is unacceptable practice. They would not respect or except responsibility for their error at all they never even apologized they just said and expected me to pay this bill. They didn’t send me a bill till 60 days past when they submitted the claim and told me that I only had 30 days to return the product. I will never use this company again.
My appointment was for a new CPAP machine. I was called back to the therapist at the appointed time. Justin took his time, answered all of my questions and was professional in every aspect. My wife received a new CPAP machine a few months ago from this office. She was very pleased with her appointment.
