25 I got a prescription for repairs to my power chair on two separate occasions. This was more than 2 years ago. I never received any service. Once they sent a "tech" out to evaluate my chair. We agreed that my chair needs new arms, and new castors. I told him that the motors need to be serviced because of the noise in the motor drive, and it needs a new seat. He could not understand why knocking noises in the bearings is an issue. I got a replacement battery charger which failed after only 4 months. I'm waiting to see if they will honor the warranty and give me a replacement.
Update: They grudgingly gave me a new charger. I had to fight with them to send the tech in this area. With no charger they said I "have to" go to Mesa, 25 miles away, not Thunderbird which is on my street.
P.s. ; still no repairs to wheels, etc.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever, it took 13 months to get my cpap machine. That is no exaggeration 13 months! I couldn't get it anywhere else due to my insurance coverage. Avoid like the plague
Absolutely never had a problem. Staff polite and helpful. Supplies received on time. Very happy with Preferred Homecare.
I called 2 weeks ago to get my son's breathing treatment (nebulizer) and nobody has sent it to my house yet so I'm calling tomorrow. This is ridiculous I sent the fax and everything.
Deserve "0" stars. Incompetent, rude, long telephone wait times, "pass the buck" mentalities and blame others for their mistakes. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They had a different excuse for my weekly inquiries about a product that never arrived. If the owner reads these reviews, it would behoove him to make some changes. I have informed my insurance company about these issues. Anyone that has had problems like this, should do the same.
