29They give u the run around for supply then slow delivery Ive been without supply for 2 weeks. I call and they told me he will call back and never did i really hate this company and call my health care to find another place horrible service and they hang up on u RUDE!
I have filed Medicare fraud againest them. They are a very sorry company too have to do bussiness with!
I would not recommend this company if you don't have to use them. I have a relative that has to use them and they have not provided good service. After calls for about a week of faulty equipment and wrong equipment deliveries, they finally got the correct working parts for the oxygen tank. This ended up leaving my relative homebound while waiting for the company to get the problem right. Please be aware before using them.
I WOULD GIVE THEM A MINUS 1 IF I COULD. Terrible customer service always busy Delivery crew is good - their only redeeming value. They do not carry what I need and supplement with excuses. Once they have you with medicare they have you hooked for 5 years.
They never have anything you need. I need the tank that last 4 hour's and they don't care it. They care a 1 hour tank or a real big one that I can't lift. So you have to care 5 tanks instead of 2 c tank's. Only soft cannula, I need a 7 feet ref1600 and they can't get it.
Worst company ever! I have been waiting 4 months for my son's nebulizer! I'm taking my referral to a better company.
I've used this location and the cottonwood one, both nice service over the phone. I asked for face stickers to hold my 7 month old daughter's oxygen on her face while she sleeps, they forgot to bring them with the new tanks. I went to the office to get some, which is a 20min drive from Tempe. I had to beg for more then 7 stickers. Not even an even number that they gave me. I can't use anything else on my daughter's face.
This is the only company that my insurance accepts and now I totally understand they under bid everyone and then give the worse service and DME company can give. I had to have supplies for upcoming surgery and they had the orders for a week but still did not get the equipment to me. When I called that wanted to do it later in the week and the equipment was needed for the surgery. I wish I could give less than one star.
Has taken over a month to get the humidifier for home oxygen. It was supposed to be there to begin with. The oxygen concentrator they did drop off smelled the house with a smelly musty smoke stench. I'm sure not healthy to breath in. I got transferred to the wrong department so many times. So frustrating.
