Bill Watson is excellent in designing what we wanted for our paradise backyard, the problem.project managers! Went through 2 of them without oversight and delays. It wasn't until Pete B and his crew that came in to save this BIG project with flying colors! Woohoo! He took over the project in no time, we've seen more quality results with him and crew than the 4 months before! He's attentive, knows the work, quality and not afraid to tell you if something isn't right. I feel more confident and secure now that Pete B and his crew are on payroll! Overall a good experience, and I feel like we got good value for our money. Jason did a great job of designing our pool. I rated them 4 stars versus 5 for two reasons. First, the skid loader dropped a lot of dirt along its path from the back yard to the dump truck on the street. It's major construction and the installation will always make and leave a mess, but I still think this is an aspect of the pool installation with room for improvement. I also thought the concrete deck cracking was more extensive than it should have been, and the finish work was just average. I think both were a result of very tough pour conditions. They had to wheelbarrow the concrete to my backyard, and it was a hot day with high winds and I think the concrete was setting/drying faster than they would have liked. Presidential did repair the cracks and extended my concrete warranty to five years. Despite these two issues. I always recommend Presidential whenever anyone thinking about installing a pool asks about our experience. Installing a pool is a pretty complex construction project and something that complex will never be executed without a problem or two. I was a demanding customer from a quality perspective, and the project manager, Shane, was always willing to listen to my concerns and try to either resolve an issue or come to a compromise. It's also worth noting the post installation support has been very good. Both Barney and Josh have been great to work with.

Service was great and construction was very quick and well organized. We were well informed of every step along the way by the project manager Norman Crittle. Norm and Stephanie Aguirre were very helpful and were always available for any questions we had. Overall very happy with the service.

This pool experience has been great! Norm and Stephanie at Presidential Pools have been amazing! Excellent communication by email, text, and phone. We are getting it done a lot faster than we thought. The service has been speedy quick. The workers have all been very professional and friendly. Would recommend to family and friends!

2 months later they still have not finished their job. Very poor quality. Contractor to fix the tile rescheduled 6 times now.

Had so many problems with this company way to much issues to list just lack of communication, subcontractors, quality of work damage to my property just rude customer service sucks and they dont even care about the project completed on time would NEVER recommend this company.

We had a new install done in April.very pleased with the entire process, very professional and timely through all phases of construction.customer service was also excellent, communications flowed very well, Rob our salesperson was very helpful he put the project together with ease and it all came together exactly as we requested. I would highly recommend them.

Person answering phone rude and transferred me to directly to voice mail without letting me finish my sentence. Disappointed since purchased expensive pool from them.

Will never deal with them again.will never recommend them. It has been 5 months and yet to finish their work. Be sure to have clear dates in the contract and sever fine for delay. My back yard was like war zone for months and yet these guys to finish and clean, and when they did they had to dig again because they forgot to connect the gas! They were working once every 10 days as an average!

We’ve been having issues with our pop up cleaners & when I called Breanna at Presidential Pools, she was great! I emailed her pictures & she got back to me so quickly with a resolution.
Ryan came out to the house today and was very professional. He explained everything & answered all my questions. He also replaced all the broken cleaners so here’s to a clean pool!

Our pool is now 2 1/2 years old. Not only did they do a great job helping with a beautiful design, we've had no problems 'after the fact' at all. The service department is what makes this a great company. We highly recommend them! They probably won't be the lowest bid.

Every time I call for service Bill Watson is eager to help and always takes care of any issues with my pool. What a difference from other pool companies I deal with before. Presidential pools is the best.

Presidential Pools has been wonderful in responding to any questions or concerns regarding our pool built by them. Nick Garfias has been servicing any concerns and represents Presidential Pools professionally. He has thoroughly resolved any concerns we may have had. The entire staff has been reliable from beginning of construction to after during Warranty. We would recommend Presidential to our family and friends/neighbors. This is our 2nd Presidential Pool.

One thing I liked about these guys they will provide you with all the details you need to know resolving your issues, you have options to buy parts on your own or buy from them. Very honest and helpful. Thank you.

Great pool company. The entire process was flawless, would recomend this company for any of your pool needs.

DO NOT put a deposit down until you know for sure you want these guys to build your pool! They say refundable but not the case. Fine print shenanigans. We decided not to have a pool built so can't say quality but can tell you it was a $500 lesson and when we do have a pool built I will pay homeless person to do it before I hire these guys.

Presidential pool and Daniel Cady are the very best. Daniel new what was wrong with the pool in minutes he is outstanding.
