Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio, Gilbert AZ

We had an issue with the in floor cleaning ssytem. Something went wrong with the gears. I called Presidential and they had me scheduled, repaired, and our pool back to 100% within 2 days. I am so happy with their service!

We are proud owners of a Presidential Pool for over 9 years. The service department is very professional & friendl. If Service is needed it is done quickly and done right. Thank you Presidential, Louis & Susan DiGirolamo

Very aggressive sales associates. They wouldn't even answer basic questions without more information than I was willing to provide.

Presidential Pools fixes stuff for free a lot of times (like new heads in my floor cleaning system). They stand behind their products.

They are very good with pool construction and customer service. But they subcontract their landscaping to Sanctuary Landscape. And that's where the problem is and hence the rating of less than 5.
We contracted our backyard pool and landscaping with presidential pool in gilbert via their rep Larry Sherlock. They sub contracted landscaping to Sanctuary Landscaping. I was introduced to them. I paid my initial amount of on Nov 11,2017. I later paid them rest of the amount in full. They had finished landscaping on Feb 14.on Feb 19, my wife and I went outside to check landscaping. We hadn't gone outside for quite some time while pool and landscaping was going on. We found that trash pad for two trash cans hadn't been built by Sanctuary Landscaping. It was part of the design and we were charged accordingly. I immediately contacted them. I have sent multiple emails and calls and haven't received anything back from them. I contacted Larry Sherlock from presidential pool (after all they were the middle man). He also tried his best to get in touch with Sanctuary Landscaping. He was very upset that Sanctuary hasn't built the trash pad that was designed and promised. But as of writing this complaint. Sanctuary has failed to even acknowledge Larry's email that was sent more than 48 hours ago. I am very fatigued by all of these follow ups. This is cheating. They charged us for something that was built and now they are not even acknowledging or fixing their mistake.

Presidential Pools has always been there to answer any questions that I have. Their Service Manager Bill Watson has a great team. Kudos

Service? What service. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. But then again.i just purchased a spa so not a big money maker for them.so.

I needed some patch up work on my jacuzzi,
I spoke to a Chris in service he explained they don’t do that but was kind enough to refer me to a company that does!
