Ty was a true life saver. This guy was off duty and in his own personal car and still offered to tow me and my wife several miles down the road. One of the nicest guys I’ve ever met to be honest. When he told me he worked for this company, I instantly became a future customer of theirs. I’ll be requesting Ty every time I’m on the side of the road. Thanks man!

My home is directly across the street. 4 stars due to "dispatch priorities" and rude phone agent i 1st spoke re: tow truck assist. Area law enforcement/safety takes priority precedence over individuals, I agree. Otherwise, all other interactions with individual drivers and office staff are always professional, effective, polite and efficient. Worth the cost, value of my money.

Nick towed my Kenworth to the dealer from several hours away. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Excellent service from an obviously well-run business. My highest recommendation!

Car broke down on a Sunday night on the highway. Tow truck was there in 25 mins when all the other companies said it will take more than hour. Customer service and driver were polite and helpful. Fair price.

The representative on the phone was polite, courteous and helpful. Wolf, the tow truck operator, was great! He is kind, friendly, efficient, patient and thorough. They both made an emergency situation much more tolerable. Unfortunately, last night was my second flat tire in 2 months, and both occurred on 101 (clean up the roads ADOT). Wolf handled both tows and was fantastic both times! Great company!

Got my keys locked in my car, and the guy basically tried to help me for a little bit, emphasis on the little, then said sorry I can't help you. Then proceeded to drive away once I said I was calling my insurance company before I sign off on the "job". If your insurance sends these guys, do yourself a favor and request someone else. My boyfriend ended up coming over and got my keys within 5 minutes.

I will never use this towing company agin! First of all they took forever to get to me then the driver had to use a jack and back it up before he loaded it on the truck and he called the office and they charged me an extra $60 for it. Ridiculous. I could have done that but I didnt have a jack with me.

Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked the driver to put the vehicle in a certain place and he ignored me and put it in a spot I wasn't allowed to use. He stated (and I quote) "I don't have time" and rolled the vehicle off the truck and left it in the middle of a parking spot and halfway in the driveway. I understand everyone has bad days but you should never talk to or treat your customers like this.

Showed up fast, was professional, the only qualm I have, they charged me $30 extra for the use of a piece of 2×4 to get my car on the ramp, wich was described as dolly's whilst getting the price agreement, and had to take a credit card immediately over the phone, before a truck could be dispatched.

Before Scott showed up to rescue us, we had called another towing company and they left us feeling frustrated and extremely upset after waiting for them 88 mins. We ended up having to call another towing company, and happy we called the right one. Scott showed up quick, and was very apologetic to us and cared very much to helping us get home. He treated us with great customer service and treated our truck like his own. THANK YOU! And thank you for your quick response, and quick drop off location. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Tim was a professional in all aspects. From the handling of the vehical to the curious attitude, i was impressed. I will be recommending him and this company to others. Very nice to experience quality work in action.

How does this place have 4 stars they are a scam. They add winching fees and many fees that dont even apply and they screw over the customers. What a joke of a company

Excellent work, I'm really impressed! Joel towed my Jaguar XJS tonight. The front of that car sits less than 4 inches off the ground so I was a little worried. The level of care he gave it you'd have thought it was his personal award winning show car!

Called my insurance company for tow at 5pm and they sent the information over to this company at 5: 30. Waited well over 2 hours for a tow truck and was informed they will have someone out to me by 7pm only to be informed they are running late. They didnt get to mr till 7: 30. Dont use there service horible company! THERE WAS LIGHT OuT BY THE TIME THEY GOT THERE! Driver didnt even greet me but just asked questions!

My car broke down at my work, and I needed to get it towed. I called Professional Towing & Recovery, and they got me set up quickly. Donny was the driver who towed my car, and he was extremely professional and friendly. I felt the cost was reasonable, and they made the entire process very smooth and hassle-free.

This was my BEST experience with a toy company! They went over and beyond to take care of what I needed done and Scott was AMAZING!
