Do not trust this company to do what they say. After the tow truck driver was an hour late because he said he could locate a Walmart on the corner of a major intersection. Mary's Pro Tow cancelled because we called to check on the driver. Unprofessional and rude dispatcher over the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Insc called them after my accident. The tow truck driver broke my windshield before the agent got there, causing the insc offer to go down. There was nothing wrong with the windshield when it was put on the truck and I had pictures to prove this.
Called for a tow the man that answered took all my info down, told me someone would be here in about two hours hung up and never completed my paperwork. After waiting two hours I called back to check the status and find out that he’s gone home and there is no record of me ever calling for a tow.
The lady I spoke with over the phone was extremely rude! She just hung up on me when I had more questions!
