Took my denali in to services very poor quality oil all over anterior Sunroof shield They had a fix was not fixed very poor quality of work
Great clean waiting area, have snacks and drinks available, WiFi and tv, plus a little table for kids. Adam H got my car in right away for the oil change and service, and it came back cleaner than I left it.:)

I. Waited over 3 hours for a oil change and wash, they had my truck parked in another location and forgot about my truck, Terrible Not Happy at all
Very disappointed, bought a vehicle from them I started having problems within the first two months, I've put over $2000 into the vehicle now to keep it operational. When speaking with the service manager "Jr" he was very rude and condescending, while he evaded my questions. When I asked about there sign out front that says " Quality Pre-owned vehicles that go through a thorough inspection " I was told that not all their vehicles go through that. The salesman Chris Ruiz was very unprofessional with me and even lied to me about the car fax telling me it had never been in an accident before, until I went to put insurance on the vehicle it had a $4000 claim on it, Chris also used the f word several times over the phone with me. The extended warranty that they were all to happy to sell me doesn't cover any of the problems that the vehicle has had. Never buy from these crooks ever, very unprofessional and they lie to the customer just to line they're pockets. I'm sorry I have to give them one star!
Customer service is ok. Quality of the product is absolutely terrible. Brand new 2018 Sierra Denali has been in the shop at least 7 times in the 5 months I own it. Has been in and out of the shop every other week for the past few months. I literally got it back today and am having issues with the steering wheel controls. Nothing has been don’t to fix it, I’ve reached out to customer service several times and still haven’t heard back from a manager. Done with gmc and actively searching for other cars. Disabled veteran who has missed or had to reschedule multiple medical treatments due to truck issues.
My husband and I have been coming here for service since he bought his new truck in 2014. Then we bought an SUV last June for me. We have been bringing that vehicle in as well. We have had good experiences, for the most part. The last couple visits with the Acadia fell slightly short of our expectations, leaving us a bit frustrated.
Monday the Acadia went in for Service for an AC problem. We have tried to stick with just one service guy, but that didn't always happen.
This time my husband made sure we got in with Edmond. He had helped us before, and we felt comfortable with him.
He has completely regained our trust in Quebedeaux Service Center!
He is professional, personable, caring, and for sure goes that extra mile for you!

They bought my truck from me without buying anything from them. They gave me a decent offer. It was enough to pay off what i still owed on my vehicle and put a few thousands in my pocket so i can pay a few other bills.
This family owned car dealership is bar none a Tucson tradition. The costumer oriented sales and service brings you back to Quebedeaux with trust and integrity.
Excellent! Body shop folks all knowledgeable, communication about my car was almost daily. They assisted with me getting a rental car, and best of all my car looks new again! Highly recommend.
If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. They are the rudest people along with being the biggest liars in the industry. They break promises.and even ask their vendors to lie to customers. You are better off dealing with a a felon used car salesmen then these people. BUYER BEWARE they don't even know about their own product. I will drive to another state to get my next GMC then deal with these people.

Left messages 3 days in a row for someone in finance to call me back (different people). Never received a call back. Guess they don’t need any more business!
I will never purchase anything from here again. I have had nothing but trouble with the car that I bought and the work has currently added up $5000 worth of repairs and it still is not running properly.
We just ordered a key at the parts department, great aervice. We also attempted to obtain a quote from the service departmebt for a tuneup, stood there for a few minutes, but we were never aknowledged so we just left.
Great experience buying my truck, its a GMC Sierra of course, super bad experience with their finance personnel, they don't know about customer service at all, hope Manager improves situations
