25Found the closest GMC dealer to do our maintenance oil change on our 2016 Sierra. Waiting for the truck, we decided to check out the new Denali's. We already knew that the Denali was probably going to be our next truck. Jon came out to greet us. From beginning to end there was never any pressure to buy. After running the #'s we decided to make a deal. I highly recommend Quebedeaux GMC/Buick. We are from the East coast and we would definitely came back to see Jon to purchase our next truck. The service department was also top notch! Thanks to everyone who helped us today! A+
Disappointing to say the least! Took my Sierra in multiple times to look at a shifting issue. Each time I was told it was normal, and they would reference a service bulletin. Finally decided to take it to a different GMC dealer and after a morning of actually trouble shooting the dealership found issues with the transmission. In fact the opposing dealer ship mechanic spent 20 minutes explaining the issue and the fix. I am grateful that the truck was still in warranty. Thank you Royal GMC!
Do not use this shop at all stuff will end up stolen out of your vehicle if left for couple days.friends dads truck was in there for week he got the truck back and it was missing tools and money they went threw the hole truck and when the owner of the truck said something all they did is give him a credit for the shop like that's not right. I would want them to wright a check of what was missing and look into who stole the items this shop is a very sketchy shop. Dont recommend any one to go to this shop. I will be posting this everwere. I as will use to work for this company they do some shady stuff around this place cars are never actually safe at the shop.
The representatives in the service dept are very courteous and I have never been steered to spend more than is necessary. Been a customer there since 2008.
