Ramada by Wyndham Williams/Grand Canyon Area reviews
35Internet was bad enough to not be able to listen to music, no sign of room service except towels, but everyone was nice enough
The staff is always hospitable and easy to deal with. The rooms are well maintained. Beds are very comfortable.
Our stay was awesome; easy check in, clean room, hot shower. There was coffee and hot cocoa in the morning! Location was awesome. It was about an hour drive to the Grand Canyon and an hour drive to Sedona. There were plenty of places to eat around town.
Will be staying there tomorrow hopefully ny kids can. Use the heated pool and room is cozy and clean
So disgusting! They do not change the blankets between new guests, only spray disinfectant. How can this be ok, especially w this COVID pandemic going on. I believe this is against CDC guidelines!
It was very clean and sleep like a baby. Only thing that woke me up was the train
. Would stay their again
If this hotel was not near Grand Canyon, it would not have any business pricing its rooms for $150 a night. Pure motel with no amenities. Rooms are dated. The location in Williams is really good since it is walking distance from bars and restaraunts. Plenty of parking.
175 a night and it was bad, no one vacuums the floors or stairs. Had to walk a mile to get to our room. Bed was horrable, very uncomfortable. So i left and went to best western. They did not disappoint!
The hotel staff was friendly but the hotel itself is in serious need of some renovations. I was shocked multiple times when using my key or opening doors throughout the hotel. The rate wasn't bad but I wouldn't stay again.
It's a nice hotel for a night or two. They really need to work on addi g a continental breakfast to their amenities.
Old! Gum stuck to the side of the nightstand. Stained linens. Mysterious brown spot on bed lamp. Valance hanging by a thread. Restaurant attached is dirty, limited menu and the food was cold. Best items are in the kids menu. Pool is pretty good. Free water is nice. Won't be coming back.
Great team at the rodeo restaurant very helpful and friendly. Ramada very nice place to stay also a pleasant experience.
They screw all the windows closed. It's like being in a prison. A really nice prison. But if there was a fire everyone would die!
Nice place, not too far from Grand Canyon. Excellent customer service at desk, they did very well to accommodate all their guests. Laundry room next to pool so you can do clothes while going for a quick swim. Great breakfast!
Decent price considering the location. Pretty good quality for the price! Would recommend to a friend
It’s a really expensive motel to have such “yard sale” quality beds. I’ve actually bought better quality at yard sales. No TV in the living You. Everyone has to pile on the beds to to watch tv. But at least it was clean and has a big indoor poop. It’s just not the quality I expected for $200/night - especially from Wyndham, whose supposed to be a cut above.
Front sliding doors didn’t work, unless you are leaving, hot tub closed for chemical adding, I complained about not being able to use the hot tub, as that is a main reason for booking a stay here. They would not upgrade our room to a jacuzzi room at no charge, which I requested. “Nothing they could do without a manager”, which is their way of saying “tough luck! ”. Night stand had water glass rings on it.
My wife and I stayed here while seeing the grand canyon. It is a very nice hotel with comfortable beds, clean spacious rooms and nice sized bathroom. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
Check in was quick. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. The price for the room was reasonable. I would definitely stay again.
