Ramada by Wyndham Williams/Grand Canyon Area

Stay away from their restaurant Rodeo very disappointing. Didn't have what I wanted on menu. Brought omlet with items in it didn't want
Paid but did not eat

Great town to experience route 66. Hotel ideally placed for the Grand Canyon right by the highway. Clean, good sized rooms, AC, fridge and room coffee making. Free coffee and ice. Restaurant attached.

Location was great, right off the freeway and close to restaurants. The rooms were nice, but kinda outdated. The bathroom was very small. Everything was clean though. The bed was okay, but our backs hurt in the morning. The pool was nice. The staff was nice and friendly, but didn't seem too knowledgeable about nearby places. Overall, we would stay again.

Staying at the Ramada was good for the time we were there. A lot of parking, right in the beginning of Williams, AZ, staff was very helpful, and the a/c in the room was super cold.

The beds were soft and moderately comfortable. The hotel seemed to be old and filled with moisture. It was under-staffed.

Great location easy on easy off of I-40 to get to the Grand Canyon. Room is good size plenty of room to spread out and organize for the next leg of your trip. Bar and restaurant conveniently located to grab a quick adult beverage or something to eat.

Very good services, roomy rooms, water upfront, coffee and popcorn. Good pool. Just need better fresh ventilation to the rooms. Walking distance to downtown.

Stayed there 2 nights. Great staff, friendly. Maid service went extra for special request.swommong area was great. I would go back

There is absolutely great service here and a very comfortable hotel to sleep. However the rooms, pool, bathroom seems a little outdated and there needs some updating. I enjoyed the pool, but there probably need some cleaning in the pool. I was a little uncomfortable swimming in the pool. But overall, I enjoyed the stay. Thank you guys

Great location, price and staff but the Hotel is outdated and poorly insulated. Next time, I will pay more for a more modern hotel and a good night.

Clean rooms, decent ammenities. Unfortunately the night we stayed someone made popcorn in the lobby popcorn maker and the smell overtook our second floor room. It's a nice idea but not everyone wants that smell in their room. Otherwise, staff was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Decent hotel at a very good price. Overpriced restaurant attached. No free breakfast. There is a minimal exercise room available for use and free wifi also. The value is pretty good.

From the smell of fresh popcorn that greeted us when we walked in, to the friendly staff and great value, we were really pleased with this hotel. Tons of kids and families staying here made our group feel right at home. The only downside for us was the lack of a free breakfast, but nearby restaurants on Route 66 provided plenty of options.

The bed sheets was not changed. They came to change it pretty after I called. So scare to seat on the sofa. The towels are worn and torn. It is EXACTLY as other customer’s reviews. I saw the management responded that they correct the problem so I thought I won’t have the same bad experience. I was wrong! We could not stay any longer than we needed so we left around 530am. Hope they can fix their issues so nobody will experience this. Fortunately, we didn’t get bed bug!
