An Amazing park, I Love it! Perfect for a walk, run, walking your dog, or even for a night out, Beautiful view at night!

Beautiful area but not sprayed enough to keep down bugs. Bring mosquito repellent or expect a LOT of bug bites. Great place for long walks, bike riding, or to just sit on the many park benches & enjoy the scene. Sometimes events are scheduled at the Tempe town lake parks or boating in the man made lake.

Beautiful design, the buildings and the waterway work together very well. Lots of diverse companies though State Farm takes up a majority of the corporate offices. Several good restaurants and mini marts. Plus Starbucks of course.

One of the beat places in the valley. Great for public events, a nice stroll, pictures and more. Also one of the only pedestrian bridges that crosses a body of water in the valley.

First time to check out the waterfront park. Parking is available at the park off of Gilbert drive. Worth the trip to look at the new buildings and the waterfront. The park offers rentals and there were paddle board rentals at a vendor in a building along the park. Folks were learning how to sail using one person dinghys which was also pretty interesting.

We actually went to Tempe Center for the arts for the 80th anniversary concert celebrating blue note records. It was great

Nice lake. Nice view. Good walk. Judt be careful with the dead animals or bats at night but definetly a must see in the area of Tempe

Really nice park! Fun and unique attractions for the kids to play on and big grassy areas to sit with several benches scattered across a walkway.
There are a few ramada, but they are not that big. Could use better parking

Very clean and pretty. Great for an inexpensive or first date. Close to restaurants on Mill then saunter on over for a stroll with your partner for the night from POF & ghost them directly afterwards. Good times.

This is a lively park. There are walking trails and plenty of things to do. Every time we go, there are tons of people walking, running, etc. Dogs are allowed, so half the people have friendly dogs with them. Great place for picnics, too.

Overall it's a nice place to visit. However the thing that distracts from how nice it is, is the fact that you'll often find people's trash.

Not as good as 6-7 years ago. The bathrooms are not kept up/as clean as back I the day. Also, a bit too many "homeless" ppl hang out more then before. Do not feel as safe. Great place to view the airplanes coming in or leaving out however. Just be cognizant of your surroundings!

I inline skate at Rio Salado Park. The sidewalk by the lake is great for skating. There are a lot of people walking, running and riding bicycles. It is nice to have a safe place to exercise. You can connect to the green belt from the park as well.

Very nice park. Love the walking track and it's so pretty at night with all the lights. I was a little apprehensive about using the restrooms though.
