Just as other people had said I was also sent to collections because of their errors. I was in the middle of buying a house so there was no way I was leaving anything unpaid. I made a big mess for me

Went in to see an apartment. The lights were shut off so you couldn’t see but upon close inspection there was over 30 dead roaches all over the floor. Every room, even closets.

Like several other people have said, the lack of notice for the 60 day move out requirement is borderline criminal. I called multiple times to ask when my move out date was and they stated the day my lease ends. Because that makes sense. Now I learn that this didn't count as notice for moving out. And I will owe an additional month of rent (at month to month pricing). It is absurd that no one mentioned this requirement to me when I called.

Office staff were terrible to deal with, pigeon droppings all over the stairs, never saw it cleaned during the 6 months I stayed there. If you keep reading all the comments about maintenance issues, sketchy people, noise etc. I would say they are very accurate.

Staff is rude they don’t acknowledge u when u walk into the office, no hello nothing! All you get is a crappy attitude like you are annoying them. They need to learn customer service skills!

Throughout my time living here, had no problems with the apt, but the rent paying system does not have an auto pay for full amount, so you need to check it constantly. Otherwise, even if you're a penny under the amount, you get charged $75 the first day, and $10 every day after. I was not aware there was still a balance and upon moving out I was not informed until I was gone. Then I was called and told that I was given notice, which is completely untrue, so now I'm out $200 because they have a silly payment system. Really disappointed with how it ended when I had no problems otherwise.

DO NOT AND WOULD NOT recommend this complex to anyone! The complex started out pleasant and progressively turned into a trashy and run down complex. Upon moving out, I went into the office and tried to get my final bill. I was told that it would take a few days but they will send it to me, so I left my forwarding address. A week went by and I had not heard from them so I started to call and leave messages, I also sent an email but all went unanswered. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told that the woman in charge of the paperwork was either out of town or at lunch but they would contact me. I never heard from them.until a few days ago when I received a letter from an attorney's office! The apartment complex had all my information; cell phone, email address and my forwarding address but felt no need to contact me directly but to send it to a lawyer! I am now stuck paying the final cost of the apartment along with a collection and lawyer fee which is an additional $1,000.00. I highly suggest looking for another apartment to call home!

I do not recommend these apartments. They tax you on everything and I mean everything! I have had so many bugs in my apartments. I signed for my one bedroom to be $799 but every month it has been around $950. If you like being tax for everything then this is the apartment to move to.

Update from my original review: Dropped to 1 star because of lying and unprofessionally tacking on extra expenses upon move out. I lived here for 1 1/2 years. Whole moving in i had an issue with my microwave. It looked like there was a fire inside it and the turn table never spun. It was never fixed or replaced the whole time we were there. They were going to in the beginning but we were told they wouldn't replace it "because it still warmed up. " There was constant issues with not having dog poo bags to use for clean up and definitely not enough trash cans to dispose. Now the biggest reason for the low review: the unit was cleaned up and not trashed by any means when leaving. We turned in all of our keys and got our walk through. Now we replaced all 4 drip pans to the stove because they did get pretty bad while we lived there so it was either we replace them or we get charged for them. Now I repeat, we bought all new ones for all 4 spots and the manager STILL charged us for them. And the best one, during the walk through one of the maintenance guys was with and changed the locks as he and the manager walked in. The manager charged us for an "opening fee" for having to get the door open when they are responsible for that! Very unprofessional! Highly advise to stay away from this complex. It's not worth the high rent which is increased yearly when you resign your lease, and certainly not worth the lies to get extra money out of you when you leave.

If i can give 000 FEED BACK TO THIS PALCE I would.i went to rent an apartment at this place they ask me $141.appiction fee which i gave them. They said that my husband's background had to be reviewed by a supervisor which her name is JODY! After 3 days i believe i didn't get no answer from no one so i went back to the place and the staff told me that the paper work wasn't send completely so i had to wait more days.so i chose to contact the supervisor myself but no one from there wanted to give me her phone number.i wanted to know what my husband had in his record that was avoiding them to rent us.then one of the ladies that works there told me that misses JODY was in vacations REALLY! So they didn't have any replacement to fix that problem so i had to wait for ms. JODY to call back.i told them to give me my money back the assistant manager Crystal told me that they where going to be able to give me back the whole $141.but then the manager Brenda said that nope they can't return the whole $141.only $100.so all they do is lie until this day I'm still waiting for my $100.fee i call them and all they say is that they haven't receive anything and its almost a month already. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.the only person that was nice there her name is bell.oh and another thing when Ms.bell was showing me the apartment it smelled like weed so they made a big oh deal about my husband's background but then yet they have people there that smoke WEED! OMG!

The people here are rude there is a lot of crime here my truck got broken into and the office didn't do anything they say they have security here and that's a lie and they are so slow with there repairing.
