Mr. Dawson is amazing I really enjoyed my experience with him and his staff. Made my visit 10 times better really knowledgeable and friendly. They value your needs and wants and make it happen. Dr Prince (orthodontist) is amazing also cannot wait to see my results 10/10 recommend this place. Clean and sanitary facility!

I would definitely recommend this dental and braces office to anyone. Their staff is nice and friendly and greet you as you walk in the door. The doctors here are amazing and provide the best care to your smile possible.

Very professional, caring and kind staff. They ROCK, as a new patient for just a month in my first day Ms. Elvina was sooooo helpful. As well as Dr. Grosscost, lol, hope I said that right was compassionate. What you need in a dentist, whew I fear them. Lol

Great service they took us in promptly and the dental assistant and dentist were awesome. Definitely would go again for future dental care, they have good price and even offer payment plans.

Dr. Groscost and assistant Cynthia were very nice to me and flossed and cleaned my teeth really well and they helped me find out i needed braces! Thank you so much!

Horrible experience so far! My temporary veeners fell off a day after having them on. I came back to get them glued and had me waiting more than 4 hours, this place is very quick to take your money and if anything happens they have you waiting for an excessive amount of time. I don't recommend this place. If I knew I was going to experience this I wouldn't never came here. As I'm typing this review I'm still sitting here starving and possible about to loose my job.

From the moment I walked in the staff was nice. The service was very quick but not quick like they were rushing patients. Doctor and staff listened to my needs and concerns. I would recommend this office to all my friends and family.

Dr. Jolley was amazing, had an issue with my expander, he was able to get me in a room as soon as a checked in, same day appointment and get it fixed within less than 10 minutes. The staff was very quick and helpful as well. Recommend this place for everyone.

I recently visited this dental office after one of my close friends recommended it, overal the location is very nice and clean. The reason why i am giving this dental office 5 stars is because the moment i walked i felt welcomed, i was welcomed by the girls in the front with huge smiles and water was given to me by one of them. I didn't wait long when i got called in, the staff is all so friendly and know what they're doing. I will definitely be recommending to other people.

I have been coming to this location for a year now and I love it here. They make you feel very comfortable and ease your anxiety.

Five starts for Dr. Smith! He is the best cosmetic dentist ever. He really care about the details and even though the front desk was pushing and calling him for his next patient, he never let my side until I was totally satisfied. BTW I think for a cosmetic work should be a bigger window. Anyways, thank you Dr. Smith again for the beautiful work you did to me and specially for you work ethic.

The front desk staff as well as the assitants at this location are awful. They take forever at this location. I recommended them to my boyfriend. They sent him elsewhere for a root canal who then sent him back for the crown. The staff will sit there having non work related conversations in Spanish and have the nerve to tell people one moment so they can finish the conversation. Unprofessional! The Dr's however are very great Dr's. Just wish they would get their staff in order. I will be driving to the Peoria location instead. The service there is worth the drive

My first appointment was awesome! The staff and dentist were personable and very competent. The dentists get 5 STARS! Front desk staff and phone support get 1 STAR. That is why I gave 3 stars.

I have my next appointment tomorrow, but I'm so disappointed by the communication using their phone messaging system. I left 2 messages for a medication to be filled at the local pharmacy and nothing. I even went to the office and talked with the two receptionists about getting my prescription filled, but they could not leave Dr. Groscost any messages. Now isn't that odd? Even the staff manager wouldn't do it.

AND, there is no office phone that I could call into. There is only a main Risas office phone that takes messages and it appears that they do not get distributed.

I'll bring this up again tomorrow when I am there as to why they do not have a local phone number their patients can call into.
