If it's not doctor weir working on me I don't want anybody else to! Some girl was trying to take off my temporary cap off and she was just horrible you can tell she didn't know what the hell she was doing! I was so pist off!

The people who work here were really nice! I was greeted when I walked in and offered a bottle of water. The exam room wasn't scaring at all. My Dr. Mr. Weir was really helpful and did a great job. His assistant Melissa was careful and engaging when she did my cleaning.
I would definitely go here again and recommend to anyone!

I always have a great experience coming here! I’m currently getting my braces treatment done at this location as well as getting my checkups done every 6 months. The staff and doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great dental place.

Over an hour waiting because the staff inconviently forgot how to check in thier patients, after the front desk assured me that they had checked me in for my appointment to tighten braces. It’s really irritating and a waste of my time I did everything on part to be attended for my appointment, this is a service I paid for in full on my first visit, and I intend to get what I paid for.

Dr. Chris Smith is very one on one. Addresses your issues quickly and will take all the time you need to resolve issues and concerns. The staff is very personable and friendly. For being at the dentist they make your visit so pleasant

Every time I come here its a long wait even with appt. I brought my daughter in to have her wire cut and I have to wait over a hour. There was no one in the waiting room

I was in for my 6 month check up and my visit was great. The staff is very nice and make you feel like family. Sabrina who helped with my process was a sweetheart. Dr. Groscost was very gentle and nice, made conversation with me. Over all my experience went great. I would definitely recommend friends and family as they have various options for payments.

It was okay. First time going there. The staff is friendly, place is clean. Prices are pretty straight forward, if you don't have insurance. $49.00 for basic cleaning etc. So I got a basic cleaning and X-rays which came out to $59.00 total. Dentist came in and checked my teeth out, however, I was surprised that my cleaning was done by the staff (unsupervised) and not the dentist himself. That was different.
What I did not like however, was that I had to ask for the dentist to scrape the little bit of plague that was on my front bottom teeth off. Now if I'm paying you for a cleaning, THAT should have just been automatic, because I'm paying you to CLEAN my teeth. If I had not ask them to do that (which was the whole point of me going there in the first place), they would have just let me walk out of there without getting it removed. I didn't like that.
All in all, after the work was done, my teeth really didn't feel that clean and there was still plague left on bottom front teeth. So the experience has me questioning the dentist's attention to detail, because if he did this poor on the cleaning, I'm not sure that I should be trusting him to redo a filling that's wearing down. He might just seal up a scissors inside my tooth because he's not paying attention to how many instruments that he should have on his tray.

Had a very bad experience and will not be returning. The customer service at best is mediocre. No one really cares to give you a good experience regardless of what you're paying for. Waited 45 mins to get my exam done with no status update/check in/regard for your time. They claim to have the patient in mind but it's all BS. Didn't feel like my teeth were professionally cleaned, felt like it was a something I could have done at home with baking soda. I was very salty long after leaving this place for the experience I paid for. I need to get some work done but I will take my business elsewhere.

Horrible service! Don’t go! Nice dentist but terrible customer service. They are all unorganized and young! I have no clue what people like about this place!

This place is awesome! Went to a different emergency dental place before for pricing but they would not listen to me! The staff at Risas listened to my husband's problem and what we could do and we found a solution. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you to Dr. Weir and Veronica for helping through my husband's nervousness and being pain free.

Got a deep clean, filled my cavities, got my braces on today:) I was a little nervous but Doctor Jolley and his assistant Mary took care of me.
