I love this company. I had bought two units from them in the past for two different homes. My new home had a unit that was not properly maintained, and, admittedly, I made matters worse. The unit, finally, broke down. I called Rite Way, and they had a technician out to my house within four hours. He stayed until the job was completed, gave me a thorough lesson on what happened, how he was going to fix it, and commenced doing so. Jesus was polite, attentive, professional, and a pleasure to have working in my house. If I ever have anymore problems with my air conditioning system, I won't hesitate to call Rite Way, an also to request Jesus.

Chris Munoz was on time and very kind. He closed down our evaporative cooler for the winter and made sure our heater worked. Thank you Rite Way for great customer service. Calling to make the appt was a pleasant experience and the appt made was very convientant.

4-7-2021 Harrison Turner came to hook up our swamp cooler today, very professional and nice. Cooler feels great!

Everything went smoothly, again, from the nice lady who set up the appointment to later letting me know when he'd be coming by. Harrison calling to give me 30 minutes notice he was on his way to the cooler set up.

I was shocked to be quoted $1,030 to have a toilet replaced. A single toilet and haul. And I was told the toilet would be nothing special. There is no way I could afford that being on a budget. I'm truly disappointed.
Also to add that there was nothing that was being done with my plumbing either. Just a standard replace and haul.

Oct 28 2020 Noe Ruiz repaired out heat at the Benson Womans Club very promptly today. It was working within 5 hours of the call. Thanks Noe Ruiz.
Brandon S Soop came and fixed my heat pump promptly and it is now working after being out for 2 days.

My fiancé and I have been doing remodel work on our house for a while now. As of today, thanks to Riteway, we got the final parts installed and connected so we can have a fully functioning kitchen for the first time since February. Most our time line has been due to waiting on material and scheduling. Everything has been on time or early considering availability.

Our sales & install was awesome from start to finish. Ben Gohn our sales rep was tremendous and made this experience top notch. For anyone considering a new or upgrade to their current hvac system Rite Way and Ben are the team to go with ***** all the way.

Technician Robert did an excellent job on our installation, and explained everything in detail. He had three installations on the day we were promised and came at 8: 00 pm to do the job so we would have the a/c on the day promised. Supervisor/ estimator Brandon followed up and checked everything to our complete satisfaction.

Ladislao Morales came to clean my duct work. He as a representative of Rite way was completely professional, arriving prompty, explaining completely the process, and performing the duct cleaning impeccably. I will only use Rite Way heating and cooling.

Mike Davis serviced our AC today and he was awesome! He is professional, very knowledgeable and courteous! He explains everything to you so you understand and takes his time, not in a hurry. Will see him in the fall for the next check up, thank you for everything Mike & RiteWay!

RiteWay made us feel like we were their only priority from our first interaction with the sale person/project manager Eric, who has a great deal of knowledge regarding all of their products, and which products best suited our needs. To our follow-up phone calls with Karin who quickly returned all our calls and answered the additional question we had regarding their service and products, and RiteWay's amazing quick turn around to install everything (furnace, air condition, water heater, etc.) starting the day after we signed the contracts. Brian was the tech assigned to clean the blower wheel module of our Trane AC/heating unit. He did a very good job within a very reasonable time. I was very pleased with the services provided.

Eric came to our home and sold us our new Trane unit. He was very couteous and answered all questions we had. Steve and Chuck installed our new unit on 7/18. Riteway does beautiful, professional work. Our AC installation was fast, well coordinated with our very busy schedules, and peppered with great follow up and personal attention. When I pull into our garage and see the brand new flooring installed under both the new AC and the existing water heater its a gleaming scene of beauty. I love it. The job was coordinated by their project manager, Kevin Aronson, a real pro who has become a good friend. Hooray for a fabulous team. Oh, and by the way, their ability to get low cost financing that you may need or want is amazing. We got some great low cost financing and it got done with ZERO effort on our part.

Our A/C went out in the middle of the AZ summer. Rite Way was absolutely the right way to go. The customer service is excellent, Eric Pennenkamp was spot on with any help we needed. He showed up on a Friday night, after hours to help us out! The quote was quick, and the install was outstanding. The installer actually re-enforced/improved the shotty original contractor install job. Then once all said and done, when I had questions about the use of the thermostat, Eric was quick to respond and stop by to help get it running like a champ! If anyone is in the market for a new A/C, I would absolutely recommend these guys! We can't say enough! Thanks!

John Golkowski, with the help of Amanda form Tech Support, inspected and preformed necessary repairs and adjustments to our newly installed HVAC system. John is very professional, well informed, and detail oriented. He also took the time to educate me on his diagnostic process and showed me the results of his repairs/adjustments.

Although we have had more than anticipated service calls on our new system, Rite Way's followup and service has been 5 star.

John Golkowski came in this morning to fix our a/c unit which suddenly stopped working intermittently last night. With help from tech support team Amanda and Elizabeth, he was very prompt in his response this morning, identified exactly what the problem was, and fixed it in no time. Throughout he was very professional in explaining what the problem was. Overall outstanding service, and I'll be sure to use Riteway again.

Richard Huerta and Marcus Knauss were the technicians the arrived to perform our bi annual service. They were professional and very careful to cover what seems to be all the bases. We needed two units (upstairs and downstairs) and he made it easy, affordable and gave me peace of mind! He followed up a couple of times after the installation just to make sure we were happy!
