Kevin and Jon were very informative and professional when they came to survey my house and provide options and estimates. Juan had previously diagnosed the fault quickly and effectively on a system that I decided to replace rather than repair.

We recently experienced AC problems the day before we were scheduled to leave on our vacation. AC Technician, Ron Miles, was there promptly that morning. He identified the problem I recognized plus 3 more with were near failing. By mid afternoon, all issues were corrected and we were able to leave early the next morning with the confidence that our AC would be operating without problems when we returned. Because of this, we now have a service contract with them. Job well done.

After soliciting several bids for replacement of our AC/Heat unit, we ended up selecting RiteWay for the job. On a Friday morning, Eric Pennekamp and his team came to our home, did a thorough assessment, and then offered us a clear, concise sheet of options that would be right for our needs. The format made selection a breeze. We selected the make and model we wanted, and installation was scheduled for the following Monday. Everything was on-time, efficient, and professional. We had a cool home end of day, and are extremely happy with both the results and the follow-up.

Excellent service from Mike. Had a wiring issue after I changed out a blower motor, Mike figured it out quickly, cleaned the compressor fins, got us back up and running. Signed an annual inspection agreement. Very Professional.

Just had a great experience with Mike D from Rite way. Took the information I had and combined it with his experience to diagnose the problem accurately and swiftly. Informed me of future problems I may have with my A/C unit and advised of what to look out for.

We had a fairly severe problem with roots invading the main sewer drain. Sean was able to diagnose and clear the problem quickly and professionally.

Due to a family members requirement to return home from the hospital to a biologically clean environment, I went to Rite Way to schedule duct cleaning, sanitizing, and while we were at it, seal the ducts due to air loss. They also installed a new SolaceAir filtration system to improve the air.
