I want to give a big thanks to Scott Griffith for the incredible help while looking and finding my new F-150. The first test drive was a little rough because of a flat tire during the drive. Scott didn’t hesitate to hop out and change the tire out on the side of the freeway to get us back to the dealer. He took us around the entire lot until we found the truck we ended up buying. Thanks again for the stellar service Scott!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We leased a vehicle from this dealer three years ago. It was a horrible experience. Since they are close to my home I decided to give them another shot when we went to buy this time around. I called to make an appointment with a salesperson. I knew what I was looking for and told her the stock number of the vehicle I wanted to drive. Bottom line is she knew nothing about the car and made up information about it. Luckily I did my research so I knew the truth. Found a beautiful, new Ford Expedition at another local dealer. Fast forward to turning in old leased vehicle. I called to see about turning in the vehicle. The operator told me sure anytime. My husband and I get to the dealership and are informed that it can only be done between 9-5 M-F. That’s convenient for working people. We spoke with Brody and Edson both Managers. Both were rude and informed us it was our fault we should’ve asked someone other than the operator. We had encountered Edson during our potential purchase process and he was very unhelpful then too. Save the headache and go somewhere else

I just came in to pick up a part for my car and Aimee greeted me. She was so nice and offered me a water then she even walked me to parts since I had no clue where anything was. When I was leaving parts I asked Aimee for her card. I'm not ready for a car just yet but when I am I know who I'll be calling.

Alex Sumner was the largest delight. So shocking and wonderful to work with in his honesty and integrity with every aspect of our transaction. He was forthcoming with any problems he saw before we could even point them out, and has been great to work with. I will not purchase another vehicle unless it is from him moving forward.

Rodeo took care of another ford shops error & got me down the road safely.at no charge to me! That's great customer service!

I absolutely hate the hassle of buying a new car but it was time. I was referred to Aimee Deen and let me tell you.my experience was amazing! She and Steve really took care of me! All of my needs and wants were met. Aimee worked so hard on trying to find me the perfect vehicle and to my surprise, she found it! Thank you Steve, Aimee, and Rodeo Ford. My outlook on car buying has definitely been changed!
