Rolbeto's Mexican Food, Coolidge AZ

I'm not a big fan of Mexican food, but the enchiladas was good, and the horchata was freshly made by hand by the owner of the place. Their clean and I get the feeling of warm welcoming when I enter the place, and they give everything on the menu a touch of their own ingredients.

Amazing, breakfast burrito. And we are very picky. One of the best in AZ. Also very friendly thoughtful staff. We could not get in the drive-thru so she came outside and took our order. This is worth the trip from any where!

Great food! They cook food right on the spot so there is a bit of a wait. So worth it in the end.

Best Mexican food in Arizona! We are from San Diego and this place is legit. Everything is homemade and amazing. We won't go anywhere else!

Best Mexican food I've had. Got a huge selection, amazing portions, (specially for a hungry big guy like me!) and friendly staff. Top place I pick to eat anywhere in town. Thanks for what you guys do and keep up the great service and food!

As for the people complaining it takes too long to get the food, ITS COOKED WHEN ORDERED! It's not sitting there like a drive through McDonalds for 3 hours and just slapped together. For the love of god.

All i can say is if you can pass the mold smell at the door the food is no better.

Bland isnt the word for this place all the locals like it probably because there's no real Mexican restaurant out here go to cali and get some real Mexican food

Your food is good but please for the love of God when someone orders something at your drive thru, confirm the order with the person before cooking it. Your employee heard something that wasn't said and made an extra plate of food when it wasn't ordered, then was rude and made me feel like I did something wrong lol. It's not hard to confirm the order before preparing it so MAYBE do that in the future so you don't make customers who did nothing wrong feel bad.

Love going here. Food is made to order so sometimes it may take a little longer to get but it’s made fresh everytime. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. And you can watch the cook prepare everything.

Still remember it, good food, more than I could eat, price bout normal, dine in a bit cramped, very busy

Alway love going there to eat the staff is fantastic, small bathroom but very clean.watched them feed the homeless for free and never once embarrassed them, truly a great place to go to.

Service was good so was the food only complaints I have is they didn't include any forks and the portion was a little small other than that I loved it I would recommend it to my friends

It's hit or miss with this place. Sometimes the food is excellent, sometimes it's not even mediocre. But the chicken tacos are fabulous. Their website says they close at 9pm, I pulled up to drive thru at 8: 32pm and they said they were closed. The girl was very rude. Can't believe they're still in business with that type of non existent customer service.

Will never eat here again. They have no clue how to run a business. Took over 30 min to get 2 burritos. Not to mention how horrible it smells in there. 1 star is giving them to much. My reccomendation is go somewhere else!

Looks are deceiving. Kinda looks like an old drive in. Make sure to stop and try it. The food is awesome. Today was fish tacos for me and grilled chicken taco for my husband. Delicious!

The food here is really good for a small place. Staff is very nice. Usually a short wait, but worth it for the fresh hot food. Everything is really good. Carne Asada is a little expensive, but worth it!

We had lunch here, (the Chirizo and chicken tacos) and our food was excellent! We have been to numerous Mexican restaurants, and Rolbeto’s is the BEST! We will return! Thank you for providing fresh, authentic Mexican food AAA+
