Rolbeto's is essentially an older Filiberto's by comparison of menu and atmosphere. I wasn't impressed by the flavor of the rolled tacos and felt they were lacking meat. Everything else was fine. Perhaps try the carnitas meat in something, that was good. I also ordered the green chili plate and that was just ok as well.

The food and staff was amazing! Felt like I was back home in California. Will definitely be eating here again and again!

It's the only place to go for Mexican food in Coolidge. The shrimp burrito is amazing. I go every time I'm in town.
