0 stars! Worst insurance imaginable. Just hope you don't have to deal with them! Won't return calls or follow through with anything!

Horrible insurance I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone. All the parts this company wanted to put on my car were all used parts from third parties. I had to pay 3 k out of my own pocket to order brand new parts for my car.

Not even one star. Been trying to cancel policy for two months. They won't do it over the phone, only by going into office, which is impossible for a working person to do. Even talking to agent is impossible. They lie about their office hours.

Horrible service do not get Safeway!
I have full coverage I put a claim for $500
To get my BMW fixed and its been 2 months my adjuster Kathleen scott doesn't call me with information or detail or status of my claim. I left her million massages and no return calls.they don't care about customers
Seems like they don't want to fix my car.
I'm calling BBB to report them and I will take further action. Not giving up

This is a horrible company! They don't like to answer phones you play phone tag & or they send you to voice mail. I had to deal with this joke of an insurance company for an accident that was not my fault. I was inconvenienced tremendously my car was hit 2/10/17 & I didn't take it in for repair until 8/7/17. This place took so long to repair my car the original agent handling my case no longer worked there nor did the guy at body shop I was going to have my car repaired at. I had to contact BBB & also the NEWS station to get the ball rolling on getting repairs done. THEY do not like to pay out & tried to down play damages to my new car. Once BBB got involved Imelda Langley contacted me she was rude & talked over me & when I told her she was rude & not customer service friendly she told me she is not in customer service she is in claims she also told me that paying $21.99 a day for a rental car was a good deal I told her it's not a good deal when it's coming directly out of your own pocket when u have a car & it needs to be repaired for an accident you didn't cause. She also told me $90 was more than enough for a rental car. Which we all know that's a LIE! She even had the nerves to talk about me to the manager at the body shop I was going to take my car to. Those who are waiting on this unprofessional company to handle their claims DON'T GIVE UP! STAY ON them & IF U have to GO above & beyond go to BBB & CONTACT your local news station!

I was rear ended by a Safeway insured.it took over a month for someone to look at the damage. Now, they won’t set me up with a rental, I have to do it on my own and PAY for it myself and they MAY (their words!) reimburse me someday but only half the amount it costs! How can they even be in business!? That is no insurance at all!
They also told the dealers body shop they won’t pay for more than 3 days in the shop and their estimator Miguel didn’t even bend down to look at the damages so he low balled the estimate and sent me a Final check in hopes I’d cash it and be out of luck for the true amount it’s going to cost.
Instead I’m going to make a claim to my own insurance and sue the f*** out of Safeway.pray you don’t get hit by anybody purchasing this inadequate and unprofessional insurance
It’s no insurance at all STAY AWAY FROM SAFEWAY INS. They will rip you off
