San Cierra Apartments, Chandler AZ

One of the worst places i have lived. Half the time the pool or spa was not working. All but one gas grill worked at a time. The constantly raised rent a stupid amount every time we had to renew and the worst part is there office staff. The manager is always "not available" and is apparently the only one who can make decisions or help. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here.they will try and drain you for every cent they can

Worst place to live. The staff are not friendly, they are liars and steal packages that are sent to the office. The staff does not make you feel welcomed. They make you feel like you're just bothering them when there is an issue. The apartments are too expensive for what you have to deal with when it comes to the staff.

Fantastic! Very nice community and the staff is great! The pool and spa is lovely. The unit is modern and rooms spacious. It really feels homey and comfortable.

San Cierra is not just a place to live its a place that you can call Home! The staff is for sure the friendliest staff that I have ever encountered. They get things done in a timely manner as far as maintenance and they always keep a smile. The community itself is very clean and you will love the pool area. Great place for a great price!

I've lived here for about four months now and I love my actual apartment. It feels like home! However, the management staff is TERRIBLE! They never seem happy and always act like you are wasting their time or they don't want to help. The maintenance is awesome and always gets things done timely, but management just no. Also, they do charge fees for community utilities, which I did know about when I moved in. It is inconvenient but other than the staff it is a great community.

Had some issues with the gate access which has been fixed.

Since the moment I moved in to San Cierra apartments its has been pne of the worst decision ever! I have never felt like home, so as soon as my year lease was up I moved out. Do not do the same mistake. Please check all charges and move out requirements. This community charges for "community gas, and electricyt"? !? !? !? !

So far (we moved in 11/15/16) the staff has been very helpful in answering any inquiries we might of had. Love our floor plan, the gated community, and the complex is well taken care of.
