Sands Chevrolet - Glendale

Wow! Thank you Sands Chevrolet! Needed replacement key/fob for my twelve-year old CHEVY HHR. Well, took them a little longer than expected. It's OK. Although it really wasn't necessary on their part, they apologized for the delay in getting keys made. They got the job done. I will go back to Sands Chevy. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

A recent accident resulted in moderate damage to my new Chevrolet Equinox.
I called Sands on a Monday morning and following a conversation with their Collision Center rep, Ashley, the wheels started to turn. Tow truck arrived the next morning ahead of promised time and the final estimate was emailed to my insurance carrier (copy to me)
the next day. I was happy to hear that Sands would have my vehicle finished and back to me in approximately ten days. I drove it off the lot in only seven days. Completed project was perfect. Ashley called frequently to keep me updated. She answered all of my questions with detailed explanation. NOTHING takes the place of excellent service.

Got wrong #'s, never called to see why we didnt pick at 4pm, doesnt feel like the balanced the wheels still shake when driving.

Great set of guys there. They took care of my daughter and her needs regarding vehicle choice, dwn payment and monthly payments too. As long as Kyra's content then I'm good, too.
