Sands Chevrolet - Glendale

The Sales person told me they didnt have Sticker prices because they change the prices daily, then the manager say " theres sticker prices, they are right here. " I know they were trying to help me but i felt very pushed and they wanted to put down my roomate for looking up info on the cars, etc. Not my cup of tea.

Emmamuel Gonzalez was one of the greatest salesman I have ever worked with. He was able to help me get into a 2019 Silverado with little to no hassle. Wonderful customer service, prices that couldn't get beat, Emmanuel was even able to price match. Thanks sands Chevrolet and thank you Emmanuel for the greatest car shopping experience.

All of the people at this place are extremely professional, nice, and courteous. I’m extremely grateful for this establishment and will forever do business with them. They have been taking care of me and my family since 2001. I’ve ran into a couple employees there at my church and I’m extremely happy that the people who take care of me and my cars have the same moral values. Great job sands Chevrolet.

My husband and I went in to trade in our vehicle for another one and Nadeem was extremely helpful with everything. He worked well with us and our budget and helped us decide on a car that would fit our everyday needs. He was extremely patient with us aswell! If you need a used car find Nadeem! It will be worth it!

Dominic was great he got me into a 18 Cruze and most of all gave me the best deal. I had shopped around at 4 valley Chevy dealers and Sands beat them all. It was a hassle free process and I was in and out within an hour. I Will continue to do business with Sands for my next purchases.

The customer service was very poor. Our credit was ran without our permissions. They came and told us they couldn't help us with our trade in without even showing us what they were trying to offer for it or even showing us numbers. They said the bank wouldn't approve it but he hadn't come to an agreement yet not had they shown us anything in paper that we could agree too.

We purchased a used vehicle and they didn't even sale us GAP they said financed company wouldn't offer it what kind of dealership will let a customer buy a vehicle and not offer them GAP.

Got our new Van here. New used van. Sales manager was great. Humor and engaging without being over baring or pushy about the sale. We all walked away happy campers. A month later we get a check in the mail from Sands, its the difference in tags n licence. Only 35 bucks but still a nice surprise. Way to go Sands Chevrolet.

Had my car towed here from Flagstaff. Was told engine replacement would be $8300. Flagstaff Chevy dealership w/o red $5000 tops. Sands Chevy knew this, would only come down to $7300 same day of Saturday at 12N. When I arranged to have it serviced somewhere else, was quoted $4500-$4800 on Monday at 3: 16pm. Told them should have offered this Saturday.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation.and still waited 2 hrs and 10 min. Slow sevice is all. Don not come here if you have other appointments or a job to get to.

Very dishonest dealership. My sister scraped her money together to buy a used car that was supposedly “reliable. ” The battery died two days after purchase and they said there was nothing they could do.

I was shopping for a used vehicle for labor day, just a couple days ago. I had already agreed to take the car, when i noticed the car was going to take was involved in an accident. If it wasn't because I took my time looking through the car fax I wouldn’t Had ever caught it.

Be careful when shopping for a used vehicle with them!
