33The place was really run down. The master bath was in terrible shape. As much as I pay to belong to Diamond resorts, you would think that cupboards would close and things would look nice.
Good air-condition, adequate living space, really nice kitchen, the cleaning lady was so sweet and professional, the soaps are lovely, beds are so good and soft, really great stay
Excellent resort, activities daily, clean and customer support was excellent, I would recommend if you are visiting the Scottsdale area

WARNING! If you book on Priceline and end up with this hotel they will charge you additional resort fees when you arrive. This is all hidden at the time of booking. Resort staff was rude and unfriendly and Priceline is a joke.
Nice updated rooms. Spacious and quiet. Rooms don't have good cell phone reception and couldn't connect to the smart tv's. Good location with lots of shopping and restaurants close.
Beautiful, classy place that is extraordinarily well accommodated. The staff is very focused on excellent customer service. I highly recommend.
My family and I love to come here. We go on an annual vacation and everyone agrees this is where we want to go. Rooms are awesome, staff are very friendly and the activities are great!
The place was under construction, the dishwasher had 2 b replaced, door 2 bedroom got stuck, washroom was stinky etc
Such a beautiful property and a wonderful staff. Condo is fully loaded with everything needed for a marvelous stay!
Went for a staycation. It looks like converted apartments. It's all nice, but not spectacular. A decent getaway.
Very impressed with how nice the suites are. And the location is great too. Would have liked to stay more then 1 night.
My family loved it. Plenty of room for family of 5. Full kitchen was really nice to have. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Pool was clean and a good size. Everything was super clean and nice. I can't say enough good about out experienc we. We would have loved to stay longer. We will be back!
