Terrible experience and markup on parts, stay away from this company.

Lol the reply, I contacted Amazon and they apologized for having a company charge our card and not ship and just create a label. Also the case worker said this company was responsible for shipping not amazon, a case was opened for why I was charged. All this would have been prevented by stating “we are sorry for the delay and will ship it out ASAP” but no excuses and passing the blame lol good luck. The reviews will stay

I have a 17 tundra I ordered brake lines and sliders for.i contacted them before the order and spoke with one of the sales staff. We discussed materials and fitment while I made a quick look at the products on line. Suppose I should have looked at their photo gallery much better.these sliders are the most expensive on the market and do not run wheel well to wheel well. Druing the install i noticed they stop short where the rear of the cab meets the bed. This leaves a portion of the rear fender terribly exposed. I contacted customer service just to get the typical run around. In short I was explained that I should have looked at the pictures better. If I wanted to return them I'd need to pay a 20% restock, cover shipping and then they would be returned upon inspection. Ok, fine. Here's the kicker.they could not have any scratches one them. They arrived VERY LIGHT scratched.then I installed them, which scratched them more.i ordered bare sliders and what arrived was powered coated in a banged up pallet.

Its a well build product. I will give them that. But for the price you pay they need to work on the custome service. Doubt I order from these folks again.

Excellent customer service for any off-road or expedition enthusiast. Sr. Sales Rep. Brice, has been taking care of my 17' Tacoma build for over 3 years now and has always made sure we get things done the right way the first time around before any trip we go on. Just had my King Shocks rebuilt here and overall it was a pleasant experience. Joey was super helpful. Front desk was nice. They got the job done very quickly. Overall, I will be going back. Great environment.

Went here both to get some shock parts, and to get my shocks charged. They had what i needed for a fair price and they gave me good advice on how to do what i needed to get done correctly. Definitely going to keep coming back here.

Excellent experience with this crew better than a Ford dealership in my opinion, took in my ford 2013 raptor for shock rebuild and winch installation. I'm not sure who I all interacted with but all of them did a really good job thank SDHQ.

I just called looking for a part for my 95 YJ and the young man answering the phone said, "We definitely wouldn't have something like that in stock". I asked, "Well how much would it be to order one and have it in stock? " He replied hesitantly, "I'd have to look it up". Isn't that how you do it anyway? Since he didn't sound like he felt like working this morning, I thanked him and found the part elsewhere.

Great job installing the new bumper and light bar. The team was really nice, did a quality install and made sure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend the shop.

The SDHQ team are hands on and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and install. Top of the line products are on the shelf and the prices are very competitive not just for offroad or trucks they have products from drifting to Utv’s. Highly recommend the team at SDHQ you will be blown away when you walk in!

Overall bad customer service, almost sold me the wrong part after I specifically told them the exact dimension I needed.lack of attention to detail.

Ryan and crew are first class. After visiting the best Offroad showroom I’ve ever been in the staff thoroughly discussed all of my options for upgrading my 2017 Ford Raptor. And explained all of the pros and cons. They were very upfront and honest about my ideas and put my best interest first when they could have had a bigger sale. After installing all of the upgrades I couldn’t be happier. Performs better and rides is better than stock.

What a bunch of losers... Perfect example of a business when it gets too big... I came in with a simple request & get treated like a bum off the street.

As a fabricator and off-road person you would simply have to love this place huge selection of heim's joints all kinds of cut weld on bracket it's a playground of Builders dream love this place no where else has this type of selection. Always friendly service great atmosphere cool place.

Great selection but not as customer service oriented as they used to be. After instructing them to install a new pump because mine was bad, they ordered a fuel pump that paired with the old broken pump. They ordered a part to fix the mistake but took neaarky a week to complete the second repair and charged me for the new part.

This place is amazing.they fabricate designs.they even told me they would install my car audio from MTX.great place and cool people inside.

Be aware of the 20% re-stocking fee- I had a dealer order a complete Icon lift system for my Tacoma. I didn't end up using the coilovers as I upgraded to some in-stock longer travel shocks and UCA's from Icon. I contacted Icon to try to return the unused components and was directed to the dealer (SDHQ) to try to refund unopened box. Oh no Red told me, that's going to cost you $240. Plus shipping to get it back to us to resell at full price. What a run-around, thanks guys, world class service.

On December 11,2017 I ordered a set of fenders from this company. At which time they mentioned it would take about 4-6 weeks to custom make said fenders.
Well after emails back and forth and also calling them over the phone, with nothing but excuses, arguing and the worst “customer service” (in their case it shouldn’t even be described as service, instead perhaps disservice is more fitting) I have ever seen from any business to date.
Furthermore they changed the date of completion back three times with no reason other than I just had to wait because they are just the middle men/women and don’t make them in house.
I was shocked that they indeed ever showed up.and nearly canceled and reported the fraud to my Cc company.
But then again it was four months later.yes four MONTHS! On received them on April the 10th. What a joke these morons are. Truly thee most unreasonable, disrespectful and incompetent humans ever!
I would never do any kind of business with this company again. Nor would I recommend them for anything, other than to close their “business” so as to not fool any more unsuspecting consumers. I wish they had an option to vote them into the negative in the star rating. Because no one has ever failed as hard at customer service as these people did.

Was looking for mounting hardware for a Firestik- they had it, $10 - same as Amazon but I needed it that day. Would go back.

Excellent place to get you off road truck parts or get done custom welding done like I did. I especially liked the girl they have taking care of customers, I wanted to keep talking to her but I'm too much of an idiot to not make myself look like a fool when ever I talk to someone that pretty.

These folks have everything you need for racing on or off road. Knowledgable staff, just a bit pricey if your on a racers budget like myself.
