27 I try and say thank you and shake hands showing my support and appreciation of a job well done, but sometimes I feel it is important to share with others when companies and their team members go above and beyond with the entire process.
My truck has been transformed from its original state over the past 2 years. They have not only done a great job from a customer service standpoint but the technicians and fabricators do amazing work too. I wish I could have done all the work at once but this great experience has been repeated at least 5 times without disappointment. A BIG thank you to the entire team!

Fantastic staff and selection. I had icon coilovers installed here. Prices were fair, install was quick and the shop communicated well. Will go back for custom fab rock sliders
So we get quoted a two hr job to do some wiring on our truck. We drop off our truck @ 8: 00am was then told possibly 4 hrs for work. So we go get breakfast, as eating the tech calls says he is not sure he can do it, we ask he call us back, if it went over a certain dollar amount, it wasn’t really worth getting it done. We finish eating and head back to SDHQ, this is now 10: 00am. We ask if tech figured it out, if not we will just cancel. (The wiring job was not a big deal to us so not getting it done really didn’t matter). Front desk dude, said I will go back and have him pull it around front even if he did figure it out.
He pulls out truck around front and proceeds to say “I told u when u first came in it would take sometime, he was working on it, he needed a module, we try to do best for our customers but apparently we can’t”. My husband apologized and said that is not what I meant, the tech was going to call. Front desk dude cut my husband off in mid sentence and said “ Sorry we can’t do the work for u” and walked away.
Front desk dude was ARROGANT, RUDE and has no idea how to work with the public. Sorry his little man ego got bruised! Total Shame on him.
They did one hell of a job on my brother in law's Tundra. The attention to detail was off the chart. I may have to bring my FJ down from Denver for some work.
As a native Arizonan, this company will NEVER receive my business. I’m not the biggest off-road guy, but I do know about customer service and how a business should be run. I’ve heard nothing good about SDHQ. They don’t treat their customers well and especially aren’t ones to care about fellow Arizonans who just love off-roading. Send your business elsewhere.
I walked in on Black Friday ready to spend thousands of dollars on suspension parts and the salesman quoted me a price in which I agreed to. Excited about the purchase I've been waiting so long to make, I go out to the truck to grab my cash and minutes later the price had increased over $300? He tells me that he made a mistake and that he took off 25% instead of 20%? I said I'm sorry, but $300 is too big of mistake to make after we agreed to a price. Willing work with them, I brought them a price quote from a competitor that met us both in the middle stating that I would love to give them my business since they were local and that I was also interested in buying additional parts for a friends vehicle while I was there. The salesman went to his manager and within 30 seconds, I was given the "cold shoulder" and was told there was nothing they could do. I walked out and immediately made purchase with the competitor saving me hundreds of dollars. I have received nothing but sub-par customer service/communication since the first time I contacted SDHQ. The feeing I got at SDHQ felt as if they didn't need my business and/or frankly didn't care if bought through them. Sure, I may have not been spending tens of thousands of dollars like some of their customers but what I do spend means a lot to me. Over a couple hundred dollars they have lost me as customer as well as the friends I have told this story to. It's too bad they have terrible customer service because had they taken care of me as a customer, I would have been happy to spend my money then and in the future as well as refer friends to them. I won't be back.
