Shamrock Foods Driver Check-in, Phoenix AZ

Overnight parking and delivery 1 hour early. 3 pallets about an hour.everyone in there was nice.park in parking area walk bills to guard.

Been stuck here for 5+ hours, waiting on them to finish the paperwork. My hours are nearly burned out yet there is no sign of getting out of here any time soon.

If you try calling the receiving desk, it goes straight to a voice message and you're left hanging.

Zero stars maybe 1 for staging area you spend a lot of time there got at 6 appt at 12 so I got door at 1pm 3: 30 still unloading

The reason why they got one star. It's because it took four hours to get unloaded. This has happened more than once. If you can try to stay away from getting unloaded from this place.

This place is redicoulous got her at 3 pm for a 4 pm appointment got called at 5 pm and still in dock door still no red light haven’t even started unloading two pallete

Arrived at 10: 20 am for a 10: 45am appointment got a door within half hour it is now 4pm and still getting off loaded stay away from this place by all means takes them a whole shift too offload 20 pallets

2nd shift checked me in to deliver, then 3rd shift checked me back out and told me to wait until the next day when my appointment was, when 1st shift showed up they told me my appointment was during 3rd shift previous day and I missed it when I was there and had been checked out. Was finally put in a dock after 48 hours. Rest of the staff aside from check-in staff was great tho

Oh, my god. It is Sunday night. 10pm apointment, and 12midnight now, and no sign of unloading yet.

This place is huge, try to find the gate saying receiving. A couple of gates are here. Disgruntle employees will horn you if you are confused at street.

You might not break a seal. Security will do.

This is one the worst dam places you can deliver to in Phoenix. My appointment was at noon, it's 3 and I still don't have a door. Shamrock needs to be ashamed of themselves!

This place is very unorganized and they will waste your entire day unloading you with no communication and they want the lumper checks upfront first!? Avoid this as a customer if you can unless you want your day wasted and having an appointment is not going to help you at all.

So glad they made a check in lot. I'm sure the neighbors prefer it over trucks parking outside their house as well.

I think this is a very good place and I love it I think they do everything professionally here I work for American Pilots so I get to see the inside of how to do everything

I was with my son and his rig. We found the place easily using our GPS. Check in was simple and we were given written directions with a map showing where we needed to go to get off loaded. The map was accurate and the dock was easy to find and back into. Short wait time which is great because it allows you to get back on the road more quickly.

Very horrible. Appoint time 2300, so i arrive and check in at 2100. It's now 0430 and I'm still waiting to be assigned a dock? Very unorganized company.

This is one of the worst places I have been as a truck driver. I checked in around 8: 00 am. And it took 9 and half hours to unload 18 pallets. Good luck to all truck drivers who will do unloading at this warehouse.

One of the worse places I have ever been too. Took 9 hrs to get a door and also took a long time to get unloaded and get paperwork back. I advise to avoid this place if you can.

Make a right on Encanto. First entrance says receiving and a parking lot with at least 30 trucks can fill in it. Walk to the west end of lot for driver check in. Unsure about the overnight parking streets have some but on Encanto it's no parking along the property.

Worst COMPANY Ever. Got there at 1: 30pm. Appointment at 3. Was told they are closed until 9. Check UN after wasting the entire day. Now I'm told I'm late and a work in. The professionalism and the efficiency is NON EXISTENT! Zero respect for drivers and mass mis communication! Will NEVER come here again! Worse then SoCal

Appointment 11: 15 or 2315 Capstone Logistic very slow mty at 0500am.
Companies that cant use there own employees to unload trucks are Worthless
